“We have a huge water problem at our house and we have been without water (filling buckets once in the evening for use the next day) due to a broken water pipe under the house. We don't usually pay to have our laundry done. The clothes we brought to The Laundry Room were nothing special, some bordered on rags, and had been on the floor with dog hair since we had so much of it overflowing from our situation. What we got back was so nice and clean and neatly folded it made us feel like royalty. This place was reasonable in price (we checked around) in comparison to others. The lady who explained the pricing to me on the phone (the first lady could not speak English too well and graciously suggested she could have someone call me back) made it very clear how we would be charged (no confusion). The people we delivered it to were also friendly. Nice job ladies, thank you.”

“Prices were decent, machines clean and dryers worked great. Came on weekday so didn’t have to worry about machine availability though did notice several ones not working. Clothes came out smelling fresh and clean which is great considering terrible experience I had at other laundromat around. Despite coins getting stuck in the machines a few times, the lady working was helpful and place was very clean. Just make sure to adjust the machine settings if you don’t want clothes washed on the default setting of cold water (ooops). They had a repair person fixing dryers so maintenance seems important.”
