“This place is super convenient. I work full time so laundry for me is a problem. I drop my clothes off and pick it up the next day for a great price. Staff from female to males are super friendly and efficient. I love that they fold my laundry and place some in hangers, and I get to keep the hangers too. There’s always someone greeting you when you walk through the doors. I have been going to this place for months and wouldn’t change a thing.”

“Best laundromat I have visited. Not a single machine out of service. Modern washers and driers. Washers have extra wash and rinse options. Air conditioning set at comfortable temperature; even with most of the driers in use.
Attendants greeted me when I entered. Bathroom is clean and stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Outlets available to charge phone.
EDIT: Forget to mention the attention to detail. I visited early in the morning. Every washer not in use had the doors open to air out over night.”
“I came back in town to do a drop off … it have been years and I was disappointed not to see Ms Rhee she use to do a wonderful job . The other lady didn’t want to do my drop off because it was 3hours before closing. But I’m still giving 5stars because Ms Rhee and the owners were nice when I met them years back.”

“This is the cleanest laundromat in this area! I drive 15 miles, past another one, just to use this facility because it is so great! Staff is always nice and helpful. The owner cares about staff and customers. TV to occupy kids if needed, and a nice covered area outside to walk around while waiting. Highly recommend.”

“First time here. Staying at a hotel on the other side of the interstate that didn't have laundry. The review of this location was the best. So I decided to try it. Not disappointed. VERY CLEAN!!
The gentleman that works here was so nice and helpful. He is a very busy man. He has not stopped working whole I've been here. He has spent his time cleaning the ceiling fans. Floor and what else he can find to clean. This place is cleaned than my hotel room!!
Impressed. I'm not usually on need of a laundry mat but dang!! If I need one again on this area. I know where I'll go. I'll Also go out of my way to come here.

“This laundromat features a clean space with 60+ washers and 40+ dryers. Several fans and a/c keep it cool and there are games for the kids. They offer on site drop off laundry services as well as washing supplies and snacks for sale. The staff is friendly and kind. The bathroom is clean and well monitored and there are carts to load and unload your laundry. On multiple visits to this location the owner was present. There are tvs as well as spaces and tables to sit while you fold or wait. Highly recommend”

“I'm really impressed by the customer service at Sunshine! I dropped off a ton of dry cleaning recently. It was done on time and at a reasonable price. What I didn't realize was that a belt that came with one of my pieces was missing, until Sunshine called me. They delivered the belt to my office within minutes. “Great company as a whole with great pricing. Driver is very nice but calling the office for any change or increase unfortunately means talking to the incredibly unhospitable girl that disputes every word and cuts you off. I hate having to speak to her.”
“Needed pants hemmed & an extra hole in my belt. Nancy, the seamstress said that she couldn't put an extra hole in but could cut off part of belt & resew to make belt smaller Was so happy she suggested this & only charged $6. Hem for pants was $15. Completely happy with pricing & Nancy was very helpful & accommodating. I will be going back to her when I need further alterations on other clothes. Can't wait to pick up. Nancy is only there on Thursdays from 9:30 to 12. Therefore, it does take a week to pick up alterations. However, she is very sweet, so am sure if I needed it in less time, she would accommodate. As far as dry cleaning at this place, I have never used them. Again, Nancy is very professional & very cordial & polite.”

“I come here once every two weeks. There's a Chick Fil A and Subway while you wait, if you want something to eat.
BE ADVISED: They do Close, Earlier than advertised, due to Wash being 30min and Drying 6-min for every 25¢
After 9, 9:30 they'll post a sign stating "Closed" they need to Clean Up too, so don't be upset with that.”
“I was skeptical to go here once i moved into the area given how bad the reviews were. I dropped off a couple of things to get altered. To my surprise they were great! Customer service is great, my clothes were well taken care. Defiantly will be going back”

“Had my first trip to The Laundry Basket. The place is brightly lit and spotlessly clean and the machines are brand new. I happened to go on a Tuesday where the daily special was two dollars off all washes. You can pay by app, card, or quarters. I spoke to Pedro (manager) and Randy (owner) and they answered all my questions and walked me through setting up the app. They were both extremely helpful and friendly.”
