I love when you go into a store and the associates are willing to help you find what you need. That was my experience today with Liv. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions. I was trying to order my size and make sure the jeans would arrive in time for my trip. She was on it looking into the delivery date and helping me find my size. Best experience ever. Thank you Liz for your excellent customer service and great work ethic.

Normally I don’t bother to comment I just say it is what it is. However not this time, I picked up a pair of jeans that was clearly marked down, with one of their stickers. You can tell the sticker was placed by the staff it, was not removed and replaced, nothing of the sort. When I got to the register they said it’s rigging to as full price. The guy saw that the sticker was on there and just proceeded to say it’s full price. This was not an item that was misplaced it was marked down. And they did not honor their mistake. I went on to say something and a girl with black hair said their was no sticker on there, but I told her it was ripped off… although the guy saw and I know he did because I pointed it out to him. In my opinion they completely handled that situation wrong, they should have honored their mistakes instead of making me feel like I did wrong.
