I’ve been a loyal Lexus owner for over 16 years, and I've always believed this brand stood for honesty, integrity, and professionalism. My experience today left me feeling cheated, disappointed and taken advantage of.
I brought in my 2007 LS 460 today 11.15.25 for an oil change, tire rotation and added a tire repair due to my service advisor Usman Athar ,observing that my rear passenger tire was almost flat and probably had a nail in it. From the moment we sat down, something felt off. He went over the services I was receiving but did not provide any estimates, did not explain pricing beforehand or ask me to sign for the requested services which customarily would have provided an estimate , before directing me to wait in the lobby.
That may seem small, but as a woman, I’m very aware of how often we are brushed off or assumed to be uninformed in auto service settings. And today, for the first time at this dealership, I truly felt that.
When I went to pay, I was charged:
$186.03 for the oil change-
$99.95 for the tire rotation-
$44.95 to plug a tire
Total including taxes, shop fees etc. $395.41
The moment I got into my car, something didn’t sit right. So I called another Lexus dealership—including the one that services my other Lexus that I purchased a year ago that I was considering bringing here for future servicing. Both quoted significantly lower prices, including a tire rotation of $49.99, not $99.95.
Then I called Lexus of Palm Beaches to ask their own standard pricing. The woman I spoke to when I selected 1 for service told me the tire rotation there is $49.99 as well. Yet I was almost charged double. That felt misleading and unfair.
As a woman, the lack of transparency made me feel stereotyped, like they assumed I wouldn’t question the bill. That hurt more than the price itself.
This review is not written lightly, and it’s not written out of anger. It’s written out of genuine disappointment.
I hope management truly looks into this, because loyal customers or new customers deserve transparency and respect. What happened today has made me seriously reconsider where I bring my vehicles for service and make purchases going forward. This is not the level of honesty or customer care Lexus is known for.
I received papers to sign at the close of my ticket before I received my keys.

UPDATE: I did the dirty deed and traded in my car for the TX500h fSport and I am OBSESSED!! This car handles like a dream and has some serious drive smart tech. I get 27MPG and can tow 5,000lbs (easily the boat! So now we can take that WITH the camper 😏). Frederico was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very conscientious to feel out my needs and wants and then pull a test drive vehicle that ticked as many of the boxes as possible. I bought the first car I test drove. The only box NOT ticked was the gray interior instead of black. But, my dogs have black fur so this is for the best hahaha. Frederico was very professional and kind, funny and relaxed. I did not feel pressured to buy but we kept doing the “let’s see what this looks like” game until I got set up with “Mo” in financing to finalize my paperwork. And Mo was wonderful to work with. He had TONS of knowledge about the vehicle and just solidified my conviction with the purchase. I was on the fence about a Jeep Grand Cherokee but know Lexus has HUGE reliability in the brand recognition, so there was no comparison. I was treated so wonderfully and felt very valued and extremely at ease throughout the entire process.
While I have yet to actually purchase a vehicle, Hasan has been so extremely helpful to me over my last 3 visits in the last 2 years. I drive for work and have many considerations, including hauling my work equipment. Hasan spoke with me about fears of going all electric versus hybrid versus gas powered and was very candid about all warranties and likelihood of any mechanical issues for their brand. He was happy to allow me to test drive any and everything I have wanted to test drive. But I am super impressed by his knowledge of each model and its features, packages, specs, pricing etc. He is like a walking encyclopedia of Lexus knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend working with him for your purchase. I am building out what I am wanting now to put a deposit on anything that may be available.

Stay away from this dealership. TIM is a manager who will not deliver on a price that was given to us. Once you make a deal he will find an excuse and steal money from you with a BS reason. Such an amazing showroom , luxurious and clean. Unfortunately it's filled with typical sneaky , shady and far from honest salesman.
I will NEVER return to this location.

Steven Miller from the E-Commerce department was our sales rep. He was very nice, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend him! His manager was also easy to talk to, calm, and professional. We usually hate buying cars but this was our smoothest transaction to date. Thank you Steven!

I am changing my previous review from a 1 to a 5. Walter the Finance Manager called me. We had a nice conversation and my faith in Lexus of Palm Beach was renewed. He explained more about the lease and the 10,000 miles. I am no longer concerned about this. Walter was a true professional and I appreciated him calling me. Thank you so much Walter. God Bless.

In and out for oil change and replace tire. Estimated time was 2-3 hours. Only took 90 minutes.

Overall, I had a pleasant time purchasing from Lexus of Palm beach. I found the vehicle I wanted, and was able to place a hold on it long enough for me to be able come purchase it. Since I live 4 hours away not holding it before my drive was not an option. Worked with Sam Supovitz as my sales man and he was great throughout this process. It was simple to negotiate with him and he was transparent from the beginning.
I did encounter a few surprises in my visit. There was some damage on the front bumper that neither myself or my salesman noticed before I arrived. While it was somewhat minor, Sam talked to his manager and was able to quickly workout a plan and told me that they would have it repaired. Gave me the option to either wait and see the repair, or continue my purchase process while they repaired it. But it would take a few hours to do the repair. I decided to continue my purchase as everything else looked up to my satisfaction.
To my surprise, the numbers we agreed on stayed true for when I made it to the finance office. I am normally optimistic but I have experienced numbers not matching once you get in the finance office. That being said, Mo was fun to work with. He definitely is top of his game, so be ready lol.
My only real issue was after the purchase was final. While waiting for the paint repair to be completed, I needed to go grab food and, since I had taken a rental down to make my purchase, I also needed to return that. I asked my salesman if it was possible to have assistance with picking me up and he told me no since it was a liability. Which in my mind was odd, because I've read reviews that mentioned they had help with transport when purchasing their vehicles. Although it was 45 mins after they stopped that service, thankfully the rental company helped me out in getting me back to pickup my car.
