Liberate is a fine office for your MMJ card needs. The doctor is fantastic and truly cares how you are doing. I never have a problem getting in to see him. John Cato, who runs this office, is an educated man in many areas of MMJ and his oversight of this office is keenly clear. I won’t go anywhere else! Convenient location in WPB. Give them a call, it s Worth the effort.Unfortunately, John Cato passed away. The photo shown is not by far their office. They hire an old female DO, Dr Irene Miller. Her office space is all of 500 sq ft.You sit in waiting room and can literally hear her discuss HIPPA information with a patient. Liberate is even more lousy now.They don’t keep track of patients and hire non performing staff. The worst. Go elsewhere.

Liberate sucks! As former customer I have resolved to never use the services again!. I had an appointment and no one showed, when I went elsewhere I was told that they had dropped me without any notice. Never waste your time with this business!

Cannot for the life of me get someone on the phone to schedule my recertification. Not to mention I’ve had three different doctors over the last three years, the most recent of which required me to take a pregnancy test in order to fill my recommendation. Do yourself a favor, go to a different doctor.

I was impressed. Cassidy was professional and fast with computer and my phone. Dr. Miller was great. Asked pertinent questions and offered me suggestions that proved very helpful. Look forward to working with them in the future.

They do not wear masks in this office, and no social distancing required. Basically no protections at all. Extra star because they treated me well, but I'll wait two weeks to tell you how it goes.
