I had to take the time to write a review. I'm doing an event this weekend and wanted to add hats with custom stitching to my gift bags. Renard helped me out immensely. His customer service was top tier and much appreciated. He got me exactly what I wanted and the finished product was amazing. These are going to be a hit at my event and I have Bernard to thank. Keep changing lives with your excellent personality. I've always had great experiences at this location. Thank you so much because I'm a hat lover.

Came to get some hats embroidered for my fraternity. Jason went above and beyond to make sure the hats were done correctly; even staying past the closing time. Unfortunately, the machine was not cooperating and he was unable to get the hats done. His customer service and diligence to the task at hand is truly commendable.

Horrible store. They do not honor there promotions. I went to get topps chrome packs with hat first day of promotion and they wouldn't sell to me, even though they had the product. They wouldn't give me a straight awnser why, and I drove out of my way to get there.

Loser employees said to come in to get a hat embroidered and i arrive to see a handwritten paper sign on the door stating “gone for lunch” at 7:30pm. Waited until 8:42pm and no one ever came back. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

While shopping here Xmas Eve them Manager was on the phone. And when I said excuse me to get help he just stared at me as if I was rude for interrupting a phone conversation, I mean he’s the manager and at work. Poor service, rude manager.

Typical Tangers outlet with clothing stores for everyone. Sadly, they're getting rid of their brick and mortar shopper services and paper discount vouchers. Everyone must now access their discounts via the Tanger app. I was grandfathered into the Platinum level but discounts now are less in number and amounts. Not all stores participate and some stores had issues with using the app for customer store discounts. The staff at the Tangers store I visited are friendly and helpful. There were items available here that sell out quickly in NY Tangers, and that was a plus. It was a good day experience overall. We'll see how the new Tangers program rolls out.

It's an outlet mall, not a regular mall so for outlet mall purposes it's amazing. It's like the sawgrass of the west palm beach area. I take all my foreign friends here cause they love buying stuff on sale and bringing it overseas. Just keep in mind it is an outdoor mall for rain and things like that !

Mr. Al helped me with a gift purchase. Customized 2x and handled the youth hat with care. He really took care of me. Thank you so much for the best service while being slammed with 4 customers in the store. Al- you’re the best.
