The in-house staff is fabulous. However, the automatic billing policy is entirely non-transparent and deceptive. A monthly notice is sent stating that the customer's credit card has been charged. Very much on purpose, the amount of the charge is omitted. Meanwhile, the company keeps raising its monthly fees for the units and it is very cumbersome to track this every month. Tacky, tacky, tacky!
