I recently went to this LOFT outlet and I was satisfied with every aspect of my visit expect one particular individual, Alexsandra. I felt like they were following me throughout the store and the way they spoke to one of there fellow employees made me uncomfortable. One a positive note the store was organized.

Stopped in West Palm Loft Outlet last week, was fortunate enough to have Renu assist me. Renu went above and beyond in finding merchandise unique to my style. I cannot rave enough about her exceptional interpersonal skills. I went in to browse and picked up 1 item to try, Renu brought me several additional items which were all to my liking. I left the store with about 13 items that day. So loving my new outfits and thanking Renu everyday. Will definitely return for more of Renu’s spectacular services.

We were helped by the manager today, she was the nicest lady; it's so rare that you get service like that these days, ever since Covid. I don't recall her name but she was thin and had blonde hair. She helped us return some curvy pants and buy some other stuff.

A huge store with excellent decor; the designers really got a his place right. Many different items for sale and they had the change rooms open.
