I’ve been going here for years and I always love how my pedicure turns out! However, the customer service is not geared toward the satisfaction of consumers and it’s highly frustrating. As much as I love how my toes turn out, I can no longer withstand the lack of professionalism.

I was in and out without an appintment and feeling so pretty for a birthday celebration with the girls love how smooth and convenient it was on short notice. I had lash extensions and brow tinting done she did it beautifully just wish i had remembered to request ombre style shading. It came out very nicely as a whole thanks for such great service.

BLACK WOMEN STOP!!! Do not spend your money here, lovely nails is a horrendous nightmare. Kim was the only with skills on eyebrow tint and lashes but she is rude! And so is the rest of the staff I wouldn’t dare let Jenny lay a finger on me for any service, her quality of work just isn’t up to par with Kim and Kim knows it. That’s why when you sign in and see the requests for specific techs on the list the majority is Kim. That no longer matters however because they are so rude and disrespectful and they have you waiting for hours just for a wax, tint and strip lashes??? That’s insane. They don’t respect your time at all. I remember sitting there for 2 hours just to get serviced and I missed my name being called because many times it’s packed and I decided to wait in my car. Mind you, it’s packed because their sign in method of taking customers is bogus and Kim is backed up because all the other techs are incompetent so everyone is waiting on Kim. They need a thorough retraining on customer service, and Kim needs to crack down on the skills of her lash & brow techs. Truth be told though after having my time wasted repeatedly, my day of running errands thrown off time and time again I would like it to be known that I speak the demise of this establishment in the near future it will not prosper unless they learn how to cater to and respect their demographic of customers, BLACK WOMEN mainly. I speak failure and it will warm my heart the day I drive by and this place is shut down permanently. Don’t do it. Respect yourself and how much you have worked for your hard earned money.

If Twee still owned this shop somebody would be here at the shop right now. Its Sunday at 3pm and the owners are getting in the car leaving. I asked them what happened to 4:00? Thats what it says online. They both ignored me closed the door and drove off. Im okay with going years without nobody doing my eyebrows. Customer Service is everything to me!

I’ve tried 3 times to get my nails done here. The first time… I walked in and they said I would be next.. after sitting there for 35 minutes I left. Not to mention no one addressed me at all for the first 10 minutes until I spoke up. Second time, I called them and they said there was no wait… lol.. got there 3 minutes later and sat there for 25 minutes and left again. I’m not even going to mention the third and last time. This place is disorganized, dysfunctional, and tacky. It’s ran down, no aesthetics, and not the place where you can relax and get pampered. It’s the trenches! It’s a reason why it never worked out and I’m grateful for that!!

I haven't been here i was planning to go here i am trying to find a good nail salon around the Boynton Beach area i usually go to fort lauderdale, I see more bad reviews than good.....now I am 2nd guessing my decision. Especially for lashes! Do they even accept walk-ins?
