First of all, I JUST ordered my new kitchen appliances today, they won't be delivered for 2 weeks so, I am holding off the 5th star until delivery BUT, I just HAD to share what a PLEASURE it was to do business with Rafael (salesman) and Keisha (floor supervisor). Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just FELT GOOD to know that I am spending my money with such nice and caring people. Thank you so much both of you and Lowe's you are lucky to have them in your employ. I will be back for any and all future needs that this store sells and (at least for me) it's the PEOPLE who make the difference. I WOULD give this 5 stars right now but, I have to see how smoothly the delivery goes first BUT, Rafael and Keisha get a 6 out of 5.

First of all not only is the place horrible the managers are horrible one of the is a perv and they lie so much on your name you can't trust them theres a lot of old men that will make nasty comments towards you the customer service is horrible they will steal your money because if you order from them and don't receive your item they will tell you to call corporate so I don't recommend ordering from them at all because you will not be getting your item stay safe don't work here and do not buy from the store you will regret it ....

Ordered a refrigerator in the store with the sales associate. She informed me I must buy a hose in oder to have the icemaker operational. Purchased the hose along with a chest freezer. My delivery date was set and i chose the 8-12 window for delivery. It was confirmed the day prior. First of all the delivery arrived at 2pm, two hours later than the original delivery window. Next problem was the hose didn't fit the connection in my kitchen. I was told to go get parts. They leave and supposedly turned off the water to the icemaker water line. Not told they couldn't find it! I turn the water main back on and the kitchen floods. I call the store and ask for a manager. He will call me back in 10 minutes, which turns out to be over an hour. He blames everything on the delivery men. They are sent back out look around and state they can not do anything and leave. I still have no water in my home. The manager never checks again, bot surprisedl had an attitude and was dismissive.

SCAM!! LOWE'S TOOK OUR MONEY, NEVER DID THE WORK, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF LOWES ALSO RIPPED YOU OFF, GO STRAIGHT TO A LAWYER, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU AND CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. GO TO "LOWES SUCKS" ON FACEBOOK AND SEE 15,000 OTHERS LIKE US WHO WERE RIPPED OFF BY LOWES BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I just move here from California, so it's a first Lowe's i come. The staffs 're very nice, i buy 8 big bags garden soils, GiGi and Steve are very kind, they help me put them in my car, they put a plastic under to make sure my car do not get dirty and thank me for shopping here... awwww feeling so welcome here. I absolutely coming back here :)

I'd been working with this location on an installation project- every step of this process has been worse than the previous. The flooring department is apparently self-serve. I've made several visits and phone calls and have yet to speak to a live voice flooring associate in 3 months. The customer service associates are not focused on improving a customer's experience and are guaranteed to cut you off mid-sentence or transfer the call without warning. The store manager equally indifferent to keeping the departments staffed and supporting in resolving issues that stem from their non-existent flooring department. I wholeheartedly can not recommend this location- unless you plan to find your items yourself, load them yourself, and use self-checkout. Choose anywhere else and save yourself the aggravation and disappointment. An equally honest review will be forthcoming.

We are a Lowe's family. We shop at them often. Most recently, we'd been going to the stores in Boynton and Pompano Beach. We decided to check out this store as it seemed a tad closer to Lake Worth. It's a huge store that carries a bit of everything you can imagine in the hardware and construction areas plus appliances and paint, etc etc etc. The frustrating thing about stores like these are that assistance is few and far between. And even using their app, does not direct you to the correct aisle/bay. They move things around, but the app is not updated. So you wind up walking the entire store -- which can be a good thing if you're trying to get your steps in! But a bad thing, if you're in a hurry and just running in to find one quick item. Oh well. We probably will shop here again, though. We did (eventually) find everything we were looking for here.

Today March 16 2023 I went to this store I had a store credit from a refund for $26 I bought some stuff want it to use it. I game them the receipt the card and for ID I gave them My USA Passport Card, and a picture of my Driver License, The Employee that was at the check out was horrible 5 feet 3 inches older White Lady. So mean and horrible I was left with my mouth open instead of helping me the customer she just had a horrible attittude and kept mumbling about theaft ?Call Corporate I am just a Cashier. So I ask for her Supervisor on floor and this 5 foot 3 inch African American Woman came to me. I explained my situation I show her my USA passport and a picture of my Driver License .She could have imput my driver license number from my Cell Phone and double check the pictures and information on my Passport and Driver License. But instead She choose to make it about her. Totally upset me and my Daughter over nothing. As a Store Owner myself I can tell you These People do not care about your store. They need to be trained in doing their job pleasantly. Please Trained this individuals , Usually when the Workers have this careless attituted they get it from their supervisor. Horrible customer service, horrible magement, I am sure this particular store sales have to be down because I am sure I am not the only one they treat like this.

Don't purchase doors or windows from this company. First, based on my experience you'll get lied to on delivery times. Second, they have a terrible construction company that does work like the below images. Third, the bureaucracy to actually get the work done is impossible. Lowes truly does not care. They'll randomly call to deliver items and expect you to hold them for an indefinite period of time. If you order windows, that means wherever you let them put the windows or doors you ordered, they'll potentially stay there for months, well after the permit is issued. Plus, the store itself is a disaster. They brought in a new manager to fix the store. Nice guy, but I showed him these pictures 3 months before this review, he vowed to fix it, and probably laughed about it when I left because Lowes hasn't done anything about it.

I am over the top pleased with the install of my impact windows! Eduardo team leader for Farrow Construction delivered an impeccable job. Several other companies had expressed concern for their ability to match the trim on my wood frame windows. This team hands down surpassed all expectations and I am so so happy!!!!

I ordered a impact door and more stuff for my patio job and the mess up everything. The first delivery the cancel because the put all the order in the wrong struck. Scheduled the new delivery after 5 days and when I call for be sure they just told me the door we will delivery after few days bc the make mistake. I ask to talk with the assistant manager 8:10 am I still waiting for call me back.(9:15 am) WORSE LOWE'S EVER!!! Customer service included the assistant manager bad!!! Never go again !!

I came to buy a blink camera.... Went to customer service to get one and I'm asked if it's locked up... I'm confused. Why would I come and ask to get one if I could of just grabbed it myself? Then I say I assume so because I don't know where to get it. Then they didn't know were they were. I'll just go to another store next time.

I bought Impact windows for my whole house on march 5th 2021. It took forever to get the job done. the day the company finally came to install the windows, Lowes misplaced the windows on a wrong truck so the job that was supposed to take two days now had to get done in one. Caulking shrunk on the windows so water got into my house and caused minor damage. One of the windows was the wrong size so the job couldn't be completed. It is now more than a year later and the job is still not done. Every time we talked to someone there we get the same answer. "I don't know when your window will be here but we will put a note that you called." no one seems to know anything. do yourself a favor and don't buy your windows or anything else big for that matter from here. It has been a huge headache loss of time and money because we can't change our home insurance to hurricane safe for over a year.
