I swear there isn't a problem they can't solve. Made my custom truck project a reality. I'd trust their products more than anything mass produced.EDiT: I have to add that not once have I walked in knowing what the parts I was holding was actually called. I just knew what the parts were used for. Everytime they look at what I've brought in and name the parts needed individually. I'm always impressed by that since there are so many products just that I can see from the counter.They also have never taken more than 5 minutes from the time they say hello to walking out the door (simple needs considered). They don't rush to make your order either. I could make up any length hose I need and it's like they laser measured their work. The uniformity and freshness of a made-to-order product is something mass production can't imitate.The line to get to the counter is hit or miss on length, but for some reason 99% of people who need hoses and rubber products are super friendly and the atmosphere is nice inside and out. There are some stools inside that everyone rotates and prioritizes very well. The sun might be on you if the lines out the door. Sometimes the line gets a little scattered so just remember the order of people to be served.
