My AC stopped working in my 2016 RAV4 Toyota so I went to Master Techs and they let me know it was my evaporator it was more labor than the part.They would have to take the whole dash board out and remove seats to get it out Chris quoted $3400.then I checked with Toyota they gave price $3100
Including rental car said it would take 2-3 days so then I called Chris and he said he would do it for $2700 +tax and have it back quicker than Toyota so I went with Master Tech! Dropped off Sunday night they got to work on it Monday morning was done Tuesday morning! Blowing out freezing cold air! Thank you Chris and the mechanics who worked on my Toyota RAV4! I highly recommend Master Techs for your automotive needs!

I'm on the go constantly, traveling all the time for work and I'm horrible when it comes to remembering to get my oil changed, Mastertechs is great! They sent me a text reminding me to come in for one, I texted back and they were able to fit me in the next morning. No wait time! Was finished in under 30 minutes. Great shop, great location, great prices, fantastic staff! Will be coming back for tires and more!
Update: 12/15, Came back and had the tires, axles, and tpms' changed on my other car. Fantastic service once again. Quick turn around time and great communication!

Scheduled a 9 AM appointment and was told the work would take about five hours. I returned at 3 PM to find my truck untouched in the exact same spot. No one notified me of any delays, and when I asked, I was told they wouldn’t be getting to it at all and that I needed to reschedule. The person I checked in with that morning didn’t even seem to remember me. Really disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

Your response doesn’t address the core issue. I had a scheduled 9 AM appointment, was given a clear timeframe, and received no communication whatsoever that the work wouldn’t be started or completed, same day. Finding my truck untouched hours later, then being told to simply reschedule, isn’t a “misunderstanding.” It’s a lack of accountability and basic respect for a customer’s time.
