Joseph provided great customer service and helped me select the perfect mattress and adjustable base combo for my needs. He allowed me to take my time and test out each mattress without the pressure to make a decision right away, unlike some of the other mattress companies. Overall, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend purchasing a mattress from Joseph at Mattress Firm at the Palm Beach Outlets!

In 2021 Purchased a Pressure Smart Lux 15" Medium Pillow top Prime King for $2,499.99 Its our second home. We have have slept on it 80 times. The mattress has developed at hump in the center. I went to visit the store and John W, said it should be under warranty. I filed the warranty with photos and documents. Mattress Firm denied the claim.

They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great shopping experience.Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the store's products. They patiently listened to my needs and preferences, and with their expertise, they helped me narrow down to the mattress that best suited me.I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and satisfied with the level of customer service I received.They are a valuable asset to the store and have certainly made a positive impact on my shopping experience.

We had an horrible service with Joseph. I did not give us advice at all as if he was not caring about us, even though we were alone in the store. He did not explain properly the return policy: he forgot to tell about the 20% restocking fee. Little detail that cost us 170$. We are still waiting for the credit that Mattres Firm owes us and it has been more than a month. We contact the district manager and the customer service and we are still waiting for a return. I do NOT recommend buying there at all.

The manager of the store Joseph Abskhiron was very helpful. He helped me pick the mattress that I liked. He was informative and he explained details about each mattress that helped me make my decision. He gave me a good discount and he took notes to accommodate my delivery needs.

This place is amazing! The staff know how to treat customers. They really care about customers’ need. Joseph is a great person. He helped me to find the perfect mattress, and I learned a lot from him about how to find the perfect mattress for my comfort. You can tell that he is not a “salesperson”, but he offers knowledge and guidance to help you find the perfect mattress. I was looking for a queen size box spring that is half the height of the standard box spring. Quentin was very helpful in assisting me to find one at a very affordable price. He listened to me and showed me my options. Delivery was fast (2 days). I received a text giving me a 2 hour delivery window which was very helpful. I received an automated call telling me my box spring was being delivered in 10 minutes. The delivery guys were right on time. They were nice and very respectful. They put my box spring where I wanted and continued on to their next stop. I will definitely buy a mattress from Mattress Firm when I'm ready to replace my current mattress.
