We were pleasantly surprised with the high-quality products and the great service. We worked with Phil who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And even though Phil doesn't need to work (a story for another time) he was attentive and gave us the time we needed to make our decisions. He even called after hours the night of our purchase to set a delivery date to ensure that we received a sofa with limited availability in a timely manner. I highly recommend.”

We were so tired of the traditional brick and mortar retail outlets, where you don't know who or what to trust. We walked into his warehouse and loved its lack of pretensions immediately. It's not a fancy warehouse but enough to allow you try the mattress and then pay a reasonable price for it. We were weary to buy on-line or in Costco without the ability to try the mattress in person. We also found it hard to comparison shop because each stores carries their own models.
