Unbelievable! After 15 minutes line in the drive true and pay for my order at the first window when I went to the second window to pick up my order half of my order was NOT available at that time . In top of that they keep my money . I am going to report this incident to the BBB .

that new manager, the middle aged lady, horrible service and the way i see her treat her workers is almost hellish. i suggest for mcdonald’s to fire her immediately!

Menu screen not working. Outside lights off, looked like it was closed. First window cashier no energy, no common customer service. Spent 8 mins at 2nd window for food. Assuming they were unprepared.

Apparently I was an inconvenience to the crew as the manager and his employees were having a good chat and laugh session. After a few minutes a cashier finally showed up and was interrupted at least 5 times while taking my order.This prompted her to ask me multiple times " where did we leave off'. I highly doubt that they were discussing how to clean the dirty tables and window sills. My order was #269 placed 12/5/23 at noon eastern time.

At first I had really bad service. It’s not always the case when I go to this McDonald’s, but today it was. My card got declined in the drive through, but I didn’t know until I got to the second window. They announced it very loudly in-front of multiple employees. Sometimes those types of things are embarrassing for some, but for me it was the way it all happened. They guy at the first window obviously didn’t do his job. The guy at the second window took my card again and told me to wait up front in spot #1 and my food would be out with my card. I told him I’m not leaving my card with you, I’ll wait for you to give it back to me. Then the two managers (guy and girl) came over and rudely announced how my card was decline and for me to wait up front and someone will come out to help me. Well I waited for about 15 mins before I got real aggravated. I stormed into the McDonald’s very upset and sounded off on the two managers. The two managers had no clue had to handle this type of customer, but there was a 3rd manager that came out of nowhere. She looked to be a General Manager or Regional. She was a problem solver. She calmly calmed me down and took care of the situation like she has done this for a long time. It wasn’t about what she did for me, it’s how she understood and felt where I was coming from that made me stop in my tracks. I can’t thank her enough for such great customer service and taking care of a bad situation.

The ghettoness of this McDonald's is real. They do not know how to take orders they are too busy on their phones to make the food. you got your employees yelling at each other. horrible. It was a very horrible experience.

Sorry to drop my four stars down to two but the last few times I've come to this McDonald's I've asked for either a milkshake or ice cream. And they have neither , they haven't had any and I don't know how long. it's like kind of crazy not for good for business that's for sure .sorry McDonald's but you only get two stars from this person. Guess I'll go to dairy Queen. Okay McDonald's I gave you a second chance and I just got to say you guys have bombed. cheeseburgers the bread is not supposed to be hard, the cheese is not supposed to be ice cold also when a person ask for extra onion and mustard they should actually get it and not open their burger and fine 10 onions( didn't really count), seriously I don't know what's happened guys but you need it up your game.

Thi's th3 worst experience on my lifeAfter ordering on the kiosk, just looking on the screen saying my order was been prepared and out of th3 sudden just disappear from th3 screen, patiently me and other 10 costumers wait for over 25 for th3 food so I ask th3 manager, she said they give my order so somebody else and I have to wait for the stake to be done..I said no please give me my money back because I was already late for workYou know a fast food restaurant (apparently) that you have to wait almost 30 for a pre make sandwich is absolutely unacceptable,th3 worker's on this place have no idea what there doing , they have no training , no lidership and are very disorganizedIT'S A JOKEDO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING IN HERE LIKE I DIDI FELL SORRY FOR MC DONALD'SWHAT A SHAMEWill n3ver come back there
