GO TO A DIFFERENT METRO LOCATION!!!!!!!!!These guys are crooks. While porting over I was told over and over again how I would need the monthly insurance added in order for the port to work. Lied to about the prepaid Visa card incentive. I called back this afternoon to take off the $7 monthly insurance and after about 2 minutes on the phone and mentioning I wanted to cancel the insurance he says he can’t hear me well enough and introduces a bunch of static on the other end. I tried calling back 10 times and either no answer or answers with static on the other end. Complete losers at this location. Go elsewhere please

I walked in looking for a phone and was greeted by Selvin store manager. He was very helpful showed me a variety of phones and was very recommended. Definitely loved his customer service 100% !! Best sales rep I’ve met.

horrible service at this location the 561-265-1190 will not pick up their phone..they keep their voicemail box FULL,PURPOSELY..the lady that helped me buy my phone,was great..but this morning/afternoon,i have questions why my phone gets dark went talking..other man there,looks like he's on drugs or something..and who has 300-700 $$$to buy a phone these days..i'm not hip at all on this I.T.ROBOTIC WHIRL.moreover,NO HELP.I'M NOT CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE,SO MY CALLS GET ROUTED OVERSEAS,TO EVERYWHERE! and you wonder why IDENTETY THEFT IS ONE THE RISE..YOUR PART OF IT,..NEVER STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH ANYONE,MORE OVER CELL COMPANIES..THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH..as far as i'm concerned,since T-MOBILE TOOK OVER IT TRULY HORRIBLE IN THESE COVID DAYS..calling other stores,they will not help in why the light goes away on my phone when talking,playing back messages..was this phone used!? Do not buy there, they have misleading offers, they do not tell you the conditions and you end up losing money, if you want to cancel the next day they only return the tax. This is the only company that does not allow you to use your chip (line) on another device. Terrible customer service. No compren ahí, tienen ofertas engañosas, no te dicen las condiciones y terminas perdiendo el dinero, si quieres cancelar al día siguiente solo te devuelven los tax. Esta es la única compañia q no te permite usar tu chip (linea) en otro equipo. Pesimo servicio al cliente.
