The services were inadequate. We were there to transfer an older iPhone to a newer iPhone and turn the new one on. Only to find out there was a $30 dollar fee and we could do it ourselves for nothing. So we went there for nothing. I've been a loyal customer of metro for 20 years now. Why do they have to charge for every little thing?

I had a problem with my phone turned black and called customer service without my phone till 8pm all day without and no one from metro could help me. I had to google what to do when i got home. What good is this company think im going to different company!

Is understaffed therefore the lady takes care of three more customers while selling you the device. I end up asking for my new device in the box and I set it up on the road.

I had accidentally deleted my contacts and went to see Italo again..He is the best.. Corrected my messups, which everyone does at least five times..He is super friendly and so far knows everything needed to know how to fix any problems..VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ITAL0 IF YOU NEED A PHONE OR HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.. HE IS THE BEST....

This is crazy! I have been going to Metro PCS for the longest! Today, my phone is slow and all it needs is updating or God knows what, the staff there claimed "we can't go in your phone to update it." They wanted me to go to the main office far away because "we can't touch your phone!" This has been the rudest person I have come across. Honestly, Sprint is giving free Iphone. I suggest don't ever go to this store. Sprint is waaay better!

This location lied about the quality of phones I was getting. They advertised model A20 for free but sent me home with some Foxx model claiming they had the same features and specs. These Foxx Mirro phones are less than 1/4 in quality and specs than the A20. To fix this error they want to charge me over $700 to replace the phones. Boost Mobile is giving them away for free. I'm leaving Metro PCS after 6 years and going to Boost
