Very unprofessional rude nasty black kid with dreads that worked today almost made me leave metro pcs as a customer never been treated so poorly in all the years I've dealt with metro he not only refused to help but pretended to call 911 cause I didn't leave was waiting for the orher employee to help me who skipped right over me because I didn't speak Spanish do not go to this store for any reason. Disgusting people to say at the least metro should be ashamed to employ such people. Probably switching providers that truly blew my mind

My experience here two days ago was very horrible. I visited this store between 4 and 5 pm Thursday the 14 of December the sales person was very unprofessional and aggressive not to mentioned unable to serve she kept on saying she was new . She even use profanities . I hope the owner review the video and audio of this behavior .She should not be working with the public. I have been here several times and was served with respect and professionality . Last time I even helped the customer service guy to interpret what and elderly customer was saying as he could not understand also my first time there a very nice and decent young man who served me with such politeness and professional attitude. . Yesterday was like a disaster.

the guys that work here are awesome. they will help you find the best plan for what you need and will help walk you through the annoying process other phone companies have when you transfer. i will only be going to this store from now on.

The employee working at that location tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. if he continues to treat costumers this way more clients are going to leave Metro. His way of handling clients is unacceptable.

If I could leave less than a star i would. Hands down the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I came in to return a leased phone i was no longer using and was told by the agent on the phone to bring into a nearby store. They refused to help with taking in my phone so the lease payment could stop. Then I simply wanted to upgrade my device and got an attitude as soon as they realized my account was a sprint account. Sprint is now tmobile, i cant go to a sprint store. They refused to help me with this as well because it would take to long to set the new phone up. This was at 6:30 they close at 8. Never has it taken longer than 20 minutes on a bad connection at that for me to swap a phone. I will not be returning to this store and you shouldn't bother coming in. They treat people with no respect and are rude just because they need to do their job.

The little man who works there is rude and impolite, he doesn't like to help at all, they sold me a cellphone with problems , and waited there like 1 hour, I heard when he said to his Co worker, she has to wait whenever we finish ( but never even addressed me), we do what we can , he said with bad face, I was waiting patiently given no problem and when I went to ask what was going on he was rude for not reason, that little man is arrogant and unpleasant, he has an attitude, horrible manners and worst customer services, the worst thing is I think he is the owner, he thinks he is God because has an stupid cellphone store..

I would love to give 0 , I understand I live in this country with Asian hate so most of them try to ignore me . Try to move 5 line from AT&T but maybe other carriers will help me more than people in this store
