First off let me start off by saying my family and I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Metro PCS my entire life. My husband, daughter, and I came into this location Saturday June 8th 2024 for the first time. We purchased two phones, one was a metro PCS and the other one was a phone connected to T-Mobile. We was greeted by Alex and Edwin who both were very knowledgeable, patient, had a very great sense of humor, made reasonable suggestions and fast. They help my husband and I pick out really great phones that were compatible with what fits our budget that we already had. And even offered to assist us in transferring our information to the new phones. Alex also helped my husband find the perfect phone to fit his watch. I didnt feel like we were being sold a lie just to spend more money, or to push sales. They both gave us a trusting spirit.They both were pretty good with keeping us entertained while we waited. It was almost as if we was at a family Barbecue. We all shared laughs, and great conversations while waiting for the phones to be activated. We were even given really cool T-Mobile cups, that turn bright pink the colder the liquid is inside. When I tell you we really got our money's worth. The phones are awesome, the service we received is priceless. This has just became my family and I favorite new location. These 2 really make an amazing team. The store was clean. And even though it was a rainy day, Alex and Edwin brighten up our day. 10 stars for them both.

Walked in 3/18/24 approx 331 pm and the store reeked of marijuana. No way I'll give them ANY financial info when the back room smells of marijuana smoke...Ghetto operation.

I do not recommend dealing with him at all.. As a Gulf citizen, I was scammed and subscribed to a weak internet service in exchange for a large sum on the basis that it was open to use.. I discovered this after suffering from using the internet and when going to the same company elsewhere.

STORE REPS ARE SHADY!! Asked for a specific phone available for purchase for one price but was given an upgraded model and advised that the increase in price was due to activation. The Rep also added tons of upgrades that I didn't ask for which further inflated the monthly bill. #SHADYBUSINESS

I purchased a phone on Nov 22nd was told it would be $275 out of the door . I went ahead and purchased the device and service, on Nov 24th my wife went to a Black Friday sale and purchased a unlock phone , I went to return the phone because we no longer needed it, I was willing to keep the service but no longer needed the device . The person that I was working with said I cannot return the phone ( Policy is 14 days to return ) because I ported my number , than I asked for a receipt . It showed I had the phone price of $99 and the service of $50 and the rest of it was accessories I NEVER purchased or received. I asked about the memory card the guy said that is the memory on the phone even tho this phone doesn't take memory cards , than I asked about the chargers and other accessories and was told " we do that to make sure your not a phone reseller ". I lost $280 and I cannot dispute via the bank because they will charge it to my account. And I cannot return the device or the fake accessories I never received because they won't let me .
