They robbed me, I went to transfer the line from one phone to another and the boy was very friendly but they charged me 48.14 for just transferring the line and supposedly I needed another chip. I called another metro branch when I left and they told me that for that service with everything and chip they charge a maximum of 20dl and the worst thing is that my account statement in the metro shows that I charge 23. And in my bank they did charge 48.14 I have the proof. Sad that this boy from Nicaragua does this. And they also offered me a tablet offer and the same thing they charged my bank 42.60. But in the metro state it appears that I charge 26.75 from how many people will they be robbing
