If I could give a zero I would, they never pick up the phone when we try calling them ,also they said if I get my phone payment taken out directly every month that they will take off $10.00 off every month from the payment, it's been a few months already and I don't see a change,they are taking out the same amount.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.Not worth the time to discuss my horrible experience.Go see Juan at Metro on hypoluxo and 1. ( Next to Winn Dixie)Not only did Juan sell me same phone fh girl was promoting but $90 LESS..Fh girl could barely agree to transfer contacts. SHE "could NOT" transfer ANYTHING else.I would need to write down every app, sign in name and password for me to put into new phone.. seriously? Understand I am NO phone tech but..Seriously stay away.. Did I mention she was RUDE also.

It’s pretty ashamed that I send a customer to the store the practically go to the store since they opened to upgrade her device because your old phone was not working the store sells her of the fact the phone overheats on the second day she called the store and ask him I need to recharge my phone and exchange it for something better or the same with mine is defective they said that they only able to exchange if it’s a new customer in on the receipt it says the metro promise is that you have a seven day return and exchange policy with the original box and receipt the customer service in the store is ridiculous with the attitude and I am very unhappy and I will report this to news channel 5 and get higher authorities involved to top it off they overcharged me on certain things that I did not approve or wanted

Don't go to this Metro I pretty much got overly charged for activating my sim card in a new phone of my own when I've went to other metros it was only 16$ the guy tried charging me 45$ and then tried to say I had a one time use of a 20$ credit and that we had to get something in the store that very momment and then he went back down to 35$ saying because I already had my sim other wise I'd be charged another 20$ after receiving a payment confirmation text of 16$ I'd like to know where the other 19$ went I was given a very low quality bluetooth speaker that was apparently worth my 20$ credit. It's a shame your on phone company would do that I was lied to repeatedly and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Worst cell phone store I've ever been to was told to basically leave because I questioned what they were charging me which didn't align with the offer on the Metro website. They try to overcharge you and don't explain why the math doesn't make any sense.
