Terrible customer service after I explained to them that I was on the phone with Metro customer service for 2hrs setting up my daughters new phone and that theyyyyy sent me to the store to purchase two sims cards for my daughters IPhone. They told me that I would have to purchase the sims card and pay an activation fee of $29+ for both phones. I told the guy that the customer service department was going to activate the phones for free! So he wouldn't sell me the cards. I went to another Metro store and was able to purchase the Sims cards WITHOUT THE ACTIVATION FEE. Problem solved I will never take my business back to that store. It's all about Money to them!! And not the best interest to there customers!!!

Bad service, they did not want to make me apply for ACP (government program with $30 discount on mobile service each month). The store looks neglected, dirty and its employees have little desire to work.

Employee remy is scamming people out their money and not giving customers the right receipt. Also saying that the system is down while going through a whole transaction. I thought when the system was down you can’t take payments as well .?? REMY IS TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY

Lope31... He is the best customer service ever gone through through this company. thank you very much. I was about to change networks and decided not to since I have coupons that no customer service rep have offered anytime I've gone to pay a bill each month for 3 years. Thank you metro by T mobile. I hope more Reps will learn from this store. ?????

Luis knows everything about the phones! I called him a few times and asked him (too) many questions bc this is one of the very few stores that actually answers. Last week, I drove the extra 20 minutes to this store instead of going to the nearby stores bc I knew it's better. Luis and Roger both quickly upgraded 2 phones for me that have worked really well. They both wore their masks and were entertainingly funny too.

Hello metro may be a good phone company but not to there employees please be advised that’s if u try working with the owner of this location they do not pay for training I lost 12 hours and they don’t give you ur first pay check until a month later . During these times where the economy is bad this is unacceptable and inhuman. Who works for free ? Slavery is over but I guess not for them. And now there calling trying to intimidate but don’t worry there is already submitted a complaint. And we will be getting paid. Please keep this in mind before asking for employment on this metro PCs does this I called and checked with the others . The owners are shady and scam likely …….. update on my response I was told to email them and never got a response like I said before this company a scam company that’s doesn’t pay there employees And I will be taking further action
