Had my car serviced and the process was seamless. Kelly Meade check me in, texted about additional services that may be needed on top of the routine services I was scheduled for, and let me know when my car was available. Definitely recommend Kelly and will be back for all routine care!

Ronald was amazing, I live over a hour away & he sent me a ton of information, photos & video of the truck I was interested in ,when I decided to make the drive he had the vehicle ready for me and even more information, I got exactly what I wanted ,he got a deal worked out that I wanted ,my trade went smoothly too & one thing I loved is Ronald didnt bug me ,he was patient, gave me time & let me bug him. Lol ,most places send you texts emails over & over ,Ronald was amazing to deal with & got my dream truck!! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for new vehicle!!

My Experience with Mike Maroone Chevrolet was absolutely amazing! I HATE going to dealerships due to the long wait times and pushy service writers. Believe me when I say this is the place to go. My service advisor was Keith and he was overly accommodating and fought tooth and nail to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and that I would have the best outcome. Keith was very communicative about part wait times and informing me when parts came in so he can schedule my appointment! Bottom line Keith made my experience at Mike Maroone one I wont forget and he will be my go to contact for further service! Thank you Keith I appreciate all your help man!Services: Electrical

I purchased a 2020 Silverado from this lot in the fall of '21, came with the 100,000 mile power train warranty thank god! Here we are now in 2023 but still under the warranty, transmission issues as expected from any Silverado post 2014. I made the appointment and dropped the vehicle off October 17, 2023 at 0745 with service manager Keith. Day 1, .... Never got around to looking at itDay 2, .... "Oh, we are still diagnosing the transmission sir..."Day 3, .... "Still diagnosing the problem... we will get right back to you" and they didn't.Day 4, found it to be a transmission issue as I previously stated when I dropped it off. "Need to order a part from a GM plant that is on Strike, sorry about your luck sir!"12 days later and still no news! I've written to my finance agency, reported it to the BBB, asked everyone at the Mike Maroone dealership for help including salesman Anthony (who left me hanging and took vacation without letting me know or assigning me to anyone else), his boss Chris Graham the sales manager, and quite a few others who have done nothing to help so are not worthy of mention. You have my vehicle hostage, and it is not very nice. Please make this right. Would the real Mike Maroone please stand up and give me a call sometime, I have some things to discuss.

I went to call parts services to see about possibly getting a replacement mirror for my passenger side. It was my first time so I was new to this sort of thing, and the guy on the phone was just so incredibly rude and frustrating to deal with. He talked as if these things should have been 2nd nature, but the whole reason I call is to get help with these sort of things. I absolutely hated the experience.

I rate the company a 1 for its business. I am a first time car buyer and I want to buy the car with cash. Online I would get kick out of the online process to go back in only to find that the car prices jump two thousand. I just with in again today and the price of the car at a cash buy is 34000. I never seen so much disrespect and you are not financing though a company in my life. So Mike Maroone Chevrolet is not for first time buyers or cash buy.

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a car I saw at your dealership. Yes it was a used car but 2 months later the engine blew. Thank goodness a friend of mines told me to check to see if it was under a recall, thank goodness it was! Why didn’t the dealership know this? Not only was I dealing with that…. The ac stopped working and the car had several other issues that needed to be taken car off. I didn’t mind fixing an issue or 2 but I had this car for a year and it has been non stop issues to the point I’m just going to sell it. What boggles my mind is that they claimed the car went under a 21 point inspection and came up clean which is insane. I get you want to make money but being honest will keep a happy customer coming back instead of you losing one

So I had an appointment for an oil change at Mike Maroone and I arrived 30 minutes early. Usually they would come to your vehicle and ask you what you're here for and who your advisor is. 10 minutes past and nobody came out of their see through glass window office. So I walked in and stared at them for about 3 minutes before someone opened their mouth. They asked me what time my appointment was for and I said 1:30 and they said oh you're with Brian Savino who was sitting right in front of me ignoring me. So he asked me when my appointment was and I was saying to my self I just said it out loud but I entertained it again. I said 1:30 and he said I have to make a phone call and could I wait in my vehicle. I said ok , what ever. And I waited until 1:35 and now we're past my appointment so i walked over to find out what was going on and only when he saw me walking back in he came out. So I finally got my vehicle in line to be serviced and 15-20 minutes later I get a text saying I need a transmission flush and rear differential service. They don't know but I already had it done. But my tire sensors low before and after I left. So what multipoint inspection did they do when they couldn't catch a simple fix. Now my car is ready and Brian is no where to be found but he texted to say my vehicle is ready. Waited about 10 minutes before he appeared. I'm just annoyed at this point. Pembroke Pines Chevrolet would never have me waiting the way they had me looking silly. This costumer experience gets a F minus. Work on your customer experience mike maroone because this is a terrible look for the business.

Took my truck 3 times cause I was hearing noise from the rear all 3 times they said they fixed the problem or tried to say it was my tires. Tires got replaced issue was still the same finally they said it's the rear differential and gave me a quote for 3300.00

My salesman EJ Deveaux is awesome. I originally contacted him wanting a vehicle that was in transit. He maintained communication with me and let me know when the vehicle arrived.
