“I have been an owner of a condo at The Villas At Emerald Dunes since the first day it opened. It is a beautiful property surrounded by a an impeccable golf course an an upscale business park that is very well kept. Since 2006, the first year we moved in, there have been three Community Managers responsible for implementing our community rules and regulations and our HOA by-laws.The reason I am writing this community review is because of the efficient, effective and caring work by our current Community Manager, Amy Trimble. Amy was our property manager during the Pandemic and during that time she dealt with the safety and security of all the residents at the Villas At Emerald Dunes. During the past several years, Amy had to deal with many different types of complaints from the residents in our community and she was understanding to our needs and provided what was requested by the residents in a quick and professional fashion.She took care of the Pandemic issues in addition to her Community Manager duties and making sure she was available to our HOA Board members.Since Amy has been our Community Manager, our property continues to be maintained, our gyms are neat and cleaned on a daily basis, our pools are clean, the two trash disposal systems are always neat and clean, she is on top of any parking issues that may occur and she does this because she loves her job and knows and implements the community rules and regulations and the community by-laws. We are lucky to have Amy Trimble oversee our property!”
