They diagnose the issue and repairs are done correctly. DIEGO is a great communicator and i have great confidence in their ability. I bought an older 335i and they provided me with a detailed maintainence plan on what needs to be done.in the future. I highly recomend them

A recent negative experience at another local shop made me realize I was taking these guys for granted. I had been taking one of my car to MotorHaus for years and I guess I will be going back.
Diego has always been respectful, knowledgeable, eager to help and throughly explains any repairs they perform on your vehicle.
They even take detailed photos and videos of repairs and send them to their clients via email. The transparency at this shop is second to none. I highly recommend

Just had an AMAZING experience with MotorHaus. Their team and experts were able to diagnose a tricky issue with an X5, that others had attempted to solve, by “ordering parts”. AMAZING detailed report with lengthy descriptions and photos. This is THE place to take your BMW to, absolutely no question. Highly professional people and immaculate shop and waiting area. MotorHaus restored my faith in the BMW brand! I've had BMW's all my life and love my X1. It is 8 years old but higher in mileage and the dealership - Braman - told me there were too many things wrong and that I should just trade it in for a new car. MotorHaus inspected and clarified what was priority versus normal wear-and-tear to keep an eye on. The repairs were completed in the promised time and quoted amount. They went above and beyond to clean up the engine and replace belts and hoses. The vehicle was treated with great care and so was I! Fantastic service!

I had a great experience with MotorHaus! My 2013 BMW 650i was diagnosed correctly, if you know these cars, it’s not easy. It is not cheap but still less than another estimate I had received for a lot less work. (Not correct diagnosis) The work was done in a timely manner and the car was returned washed and clean inside, almost never happens. Very friendly and professional.
