I don’t usually write reviews, but this awful experience compelled me to. I’ve taken my car to be serviced at dealerships anywhere I lived since I bought the car and have always had a good experience. Individually, these issues could be seen as a simple mistake, but as a body of work, I will never service my car at this location. It started with receiving the inspection report and not receiving a follow-up. I had to call 4 hours later to see the status, and they blamed me for not answering my phone (I received 0 missed calls). The service associate then told me I had to get another inspection done. If the first one passed, why would I need to do another? When I went to pick up the car, they tried charging me an extra $500. They didn’t review the charges with me but told me to sign the paper. Luckily, I had text messages from the associate to back up my claim. After picking up my car, I have a chip in my window, and the car is now making noises that it was not making when I dropped it off. It went in for an oil change and battery replacement. I doubt they read these and care, but if you want to service your car here, I’d find another place.

I purchased a used Chrysler town&country van not even two months ago. The van is now broke down due to transmission issues ( debris was found in the pump, how did they not know this before selling me this vehicle) among other issues that was found after having the van inspected. Now I'm being asked to pay over $14,000 in repairs due to all the issues the van is having. I'm very disappointed and upset at the fact that I was charged $10,000 for a vehicle that didn't even last. What sucks is I traveled 3 hours to this dealer ship to purchase this van and now I have no way of bringing it back. I won't ever purchase anything else from Napleton on Northlake again

This was my second car buying experience from Napleton. It was definitely an unexpected pleasurable experience. I wasn’t really intending on buying car… just “looking”. Just wanted to get a “feel” for the car. I was met right outside by Katie when I pulled up. She made this whole experience worth while. Although young, she showed wisdom beyond her years and made the experience so easy and pleasant. There were none of the usual games. She is straightforward and knowledgeable and is just great at what she does. Once the deal was done she kept an open line of communication to make sure I was happy. I very much appreciated working with her and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy at Napleton. She is truly an asset to the company.

The communication in the service department has gone downhill in my opinion. Was told to bring my car in "asap" when I spoke with service advisor, who was very easily accessible PRIOR to me bringing it in. Once I did, it took nine days just for my car to be looked at and diagnosed. I could not get the advisor to call me for an update- only texting responses. I called who I was told was the manager, Phillip(not even sure if this is the actual manager) because when I went in person, I see Danny listed as the service manager. Left multiple voicemails and Never got a call back. Left voicemails for manager before and during my car being there and nothing. Requested a call through the website portal for manager- again nothing. Saw a number on reviews for manager, called and again no call back. 9 days later my car was finally looked at. Not getting my repairs done here and just paid the 185$ for the "service charge". Not okay to tell someone to bring their car in ASAP and then not be able to give updates to the customer or pick up/return calls and take 9 days just to look at it. It's all a gimmick.

Stay away. This review regards the service department. We purchased a new Genesis from Napleton, which included a service package where they pick up your vehicle and provide a loaner vehicle.We had our service appointment scheduled for months and received a call from the dealership the day before to verify. We confirmed and waited the next day for them to arrive. And we kept waiting. We eventually called and could not get through to anyone. Finally, we reached someone who didn't have an explanation for the no show. They offered to schedule us several weeks out, which didn't work because the vehicle was due for service. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, but no loaner vehicle was available. This meant I had to miss work and pay for Ubers to get my daughter to and from preschool.When someone called to ask how things were, we explained our frustrations and were offered some complimentary services for the lost income and expenses. We have tried calling multiple times to arrange that, but get a voicemail every time and no returned call. It has been 3 weeks since that conversation.I understand that mistakes happen and people are human. What is truly upsetting is the way the follow up has been handled. I hope this review saves others from the hassle I've experienced. If I could do it again, I would have purchased my vehicle from a different dealership. It's unfortunate how much time and money this ordeal has cost.

The experience is a disappointment from the beginning and continues with the service department! The buying experience was long and drawn out for no reason. Never offered a beverage or anything when there for over 4 hours! Then the brand new car broke on the ride home! When I called to get it fixed took a few days and was a major hassle! Next is an oil change and inspection for a vehicle recall which again was a hassle! The car does have the recalled parts but still waiting for the part and fix from dealer! They have had the part for a while and I had to call to find out it was delivered. The service manager never followed up and called to get it installed. Still waiting for the part to be installed and again nothing but a hassle! I am also tired of being lied to by service managers that state they never received messages or paperwork. I watched the paperwork put on a desk and then was lied to that they didn’t receive anything. Don’t bother with this place it is a hassle and disrespectful service!

Made an appointment on the 23rd of July to have my windshield replaced on my 2023 Tucson, I called the day before and they advised me that they weren't sure if the technician was gonna be in that day because it's an outsource and if hes not there and it's not going to be installed. I told the service advisor to call me and let me know. The next day I got my phone call that it was in and I should bring it in but I had my plans already so we set up an appointment for today August 29th to be installed and when I got out there the service rep was off today and I spoke to a Mr. Dan Gonzalez the service manager and advise me that I had no appointment and that I had canceled the previous appointment. He also said that we don't deal with phone calls we deal with text back-and-forth I showed on my phone showing the text to the technician who I was taking care of my car as well as a text from him Mr. Gonzalez advised me that wasn't him it was the part manager whose name is Dan also however that number matches his business card. At that point I Drove back home 30 miles without a new windshield, I advise anybody and everybody not to use that dealership to purchase or service their car!!

I visited this location for a tire rotation with an afternoon appointment. I checked in, gave them my keys, and was seated - anticipating a quick enough turnaround. I kept myself busy but after moving around the dealership a few times, I began to get impatient as a few hours had passed. Several employees checked in on me but it wasn’t until after 4 hours that someone looked up my car and notified me that my vehicle hadn’t even been touched. Apparently, I was given improper check in instructions and ultimately told to come back another day as the shop was closing. It’s unacceptable that in that time frame, and with many employees checking in, that there was no system in place to notify someone to get working on the vehicle or find the owner to give them proper instructions. To top it all off- they had the audacity to try to upsell me new tires before they told me to come back later. Just unacceptable.

Awful service. Needed a splash guard fixed and they quoted us $800. When we declined it, they loosened the splash guard so much it is dragging on the ground now. Guess Wallace Hyundai getting our business now.

Was very happy with the salesman Christopher Lizama. He has great customer service skills. I felt comfortable with him. He was down to earth, friendly, and genuine. He was very knowledgeable about the Tucson that I was interested in purchasing.

Absoutley zero communication or response.I left my 2016 Hyundai Equus there last week and I have tried to contact them SEVERAL TIMES and every single time they just push the call to a voicemail or take a note and say they will call back and never do. My car is there for warranty work to replace the air shocks and they had a Hyundai inspector coming out thursday 4/27/2023. I asked the service person who took my car in Daniel to PLEASE call me monday or tuesday and just give me an update. It is now FRIDAY 5/5/2023 and I have made MULTIPLE CALLS and nothing. I have no idea if the car is fixed. If its waiting on parts. ZERO INFORMATION. The last time I spoke to Daniel I told him its very hard to get in contact and he laughed and said I know the communication here is really bad. He didnt even know he had a VOICEMAIL!!!!!!!I called today and asked for the dealer GM. Again nothing. Ill take your information and have them call you.If there is a Quality person who actually reads the reviews at the dealer please make sure to contact me today. It is beyond unprofessional to not be able to contact anyone when you are in possesion of my property. All I am looking for is for the MOST BASIC of responses in regards to my vehicle.
