They handled all my insurance needs for years and this last year the service has been the worst. They have let some of my policies lapse and not notified me, as well as some carriers pulled out of Fl and did not call me to help me Insure with another carrier. I recently called to get quotes for11rental properties and no agent would call me back or email me quotes. Terrible customer service.

Nationwide Insurance was shocking! Got everything set up for my vehicle. I was so charmed I even recommended him to protect my kid's vehicle. Best help ever. If you truly need auto insurance they have that moreover. The agent was also so friendly. Thanks a lot.

Just right for my budget .They try to catch up with you.Then this should be a good insurance if paying more than $50 or $60 per month.
