I randomly stopped by this store to check out options for new walking shoes. I spoke to a young man by the name of Wally. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I did not buy the shoes , but I will be back Saturday to purchase a pair of walking shoes. Wally suggested the 680’s . I’m very happy with the attention and customer service that I received. Thank you

I had a delightful experience at this store thanks to an excellent employee, Wally. His customer service was fantastic. I did not find a shoe that met my needs although Wally tried hard to find just the right shoe. I wanted to buy a pair from here based soley on the customer service. It is not everyday that you find such an exceptional employee. Thank you very much.

Tried to get some 9060s and the girls who offered me to order them online seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping me with sizing, colors, etc. One of them seemed new. Being new and not having all the answers is fine, but making a customer feel like a nuisance isn’t. Eventually just walked out. I had the feeling it’d happen when the girl who greeted me (not busy with anyone else) passed me onto her coworker when I asked for help. Weird experience

I had a wonderful experience at the new balance factory store in palm beach. The staff was well trained and the manager Fran was extremely helpful with making sure I had everything I need. I recommend everyone to check out their attire.

HORRIBLE and extremely misleading service from “the manager” Francesca and coworker Ismae
Both horrible and took advantage.
On 2/14/25 I came here for an exchange that I purchased on my original payment and the older woman named “Ismae” had encouraged me to put it on a gift card as a credit so that “it can be quicker and easier “- and I had asked her before moving forward if I didn’t like the shoes if I would still be able to return it back to my original payment otherwise I wouldn’t want the gift card and she assured me that yes that would be fine if I did that and “I get you”. I later found out that the manager “Francesca” informed me that I would not be able to return it back on my original payment, but to the gift card and that there is nothing she can do about it but “contact financials.”
Even when it was THEIR FAULT for misleading me. They are absolutely dishonest!! And on top of that, they also overcharged me for my exchange which I pointed out and Ismae said there is nothing they could do nothing about. I was extremely overwhelmed and upset and they showed zero remorse or have any solutions for me.
Do not shop here!!!! And if you do, look up the prices before they charge you because they will definitely Over charge you!

Ritchie the store associate was professional and super helpful. It’s nice to know there are still kind people in this world . Ritchie really helped me out and I appreciate that. My son is enjoying his new shoes again .

Pilthai is an exceptional associate at this location. He was extremely helpful in locating the correct size and style of sneak my sister and I wanted. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and has great customer service skills.
He should be promoted to management or given a substantial raise.
We will purchase from this location in the future because of his service.
