Ordered a suit and it arrived with visible stains. To make matters worse, the hanger was broken with jagged edges — it cut my finger.
When I reached out to customer service via live chat with a representative, they were not only unhelpful but also dismissive. I was told, word for word: “Oh, I’m really sorry about that! Regrettably, at Nordstrom Rack, we aren’t able to place orders for free. I truly wish I could help with that, but the system just doesn’t allow it.”
That’s not customer service. I paid for a clean, undamaged product and got a stained suit, an injury, and a rude, dismissive response from an actual person. Absolutely unacceptable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars. “I blacked out and woke up fabulous.” 👗🧼💸 I entered Nordstrom Rack with the innocent intention of “just browsing.” HA. Classic mistake. Three minutes in, and I was arm-wrestling a woman over a designer bag marked 80% off. I won. She walked away muttering. I strutted like Beyoncé. 👜👑💃
Somehow, the clearance rack whispered my name. I swear I heard it say, “Treat yourself, queen.” Next thing I knew, my arms were full of shoes I didn’t need but spiritually required 👠🙏
The staff? Angels in retail form. One even complimented my taste in sunglasses — which I then obviously HAD to buy 😎✨
And the deals? So good I had to check if they were legal. I spent $300, saved $600, and left feeling like I robbed the place politely and with a receipt 💸🧾
Nordstrom Rack: where your budget comes to die, but you look amazing at the funeral.

They have a large selection of clothes, purses, shoes, etc. Unfortunately, after standing in line with one person checking out a line of 5 customers, I put my items back and left.

Nice store. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to check out though. Two registers open when the line is full should be dealt with much faster. When I think golf Nordstroms I think if service. I did not experience that today.

Went shopping at the Rack today and picked up a couple things. I am in WPB FL for a church related event and had a lil wait before my plane was scheduled to depart so I browsed around and picked out my wife a blouse and myself a wallet. The store was very organized and well maintained. They had lots of very nice name brand items and lots of clearance merchandise. The restrooms were very clean and the cashier that helped me was very friendly and patient. I wanted to use a gift card and it was somewhat of a little bother, the card didn't want to work but the cashier moved to a different register and got the task completed. When I am in WPB, I will shopping at this department store again and I encourage you to check them out as well!

I wish they would put a Norstrom rack in Port St. Lucie Fla 34952 We have so much room there that they also got rid of Sears and forever 20. Oldest out one there I love it Nordstrom rack. Don’t drive soo far .

Worst customer service ever , messy. They cant find orders and when you call they are rude! There are very expensive items that people order and they expect for at least a sense of urgency and client care. Team needs coaching or just poor management.

I was at Nordstrom Rack in Palm Beach at the outlets, young guy Fernando was amazing very courteous, friendly. He made my day the way he treated me and my mom.

Friday morning (3/7/25) was accidentally hit by a cart directed by an associate. She hit my ankle pretty good. Because it hurt my ankle I asked for something documenting what happened. For some reason the person who has access to the room that holds the incident reports wouldn’t be available until 1:00pm. (2 hours later) I had things to do and was unable to wait but was assured I would receive a phone call so an incident report could be written and submitted. This was after I wrote a statement, provided my contact information and a picture was taken of my ID. I still haven’t received a phone call.
