Worst store!!!! RUDE!!!!
This is the worse store ever. The manager Joseph was very rude. Not only to me but also to another gentleman. He definitely shouldn’t be working with people. We had to wait for the cashier she was no where to be seen. When she finally did come up she was very unpleasant and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Joseph said there was a limit but no sign was up. I told him there’s no sign. He said his manager said he put a limit of 3. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Office Depot for years, purchasing all of my office supplies and toner from them—spending over $2,500 annually. However, my experience at the Okeechobee location was beyond disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes just to get a price on an office chair. The saleswoman spent more than 20 minutes with another customer over a simple ink purchase. It was clear that the store was severely understaffed, which led to the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. As a business owner, I value efficiency, and this experience has pushed me to take my business to Staples. I won’t be shopping at Office Depot again.

Very poor customer service. You might as well be invisible when you enter the store. No greeting, no one asking you if you need help with anything just STARE. Please speak with your team including the manager on duty who failed to greet anyone who walked into the store. Improvements need to be made and it only takes a second to greet or assist a customer. I’ll also be completing the survey in my receipt to follow up on this

“I had the pleasure of being helped by Sergio at the Office Depot on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, and I have to say, his customer service was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. When we got to the counter, Sergio went above and beyond to assist us to the best of his ability. What stood out the most was his attentiveness—he never left the counter or passed us off, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedication in customer service these days, and Sergio’s professionalism and positive demeanor made our experience a great one. Thank you, Sergio!”

This place is honestly the worst ever the manager is very rude while I called to ask a simple question about an estimate on how much something was she literally answered in a rude manner like she didn’t have time for a simple question or couldn’t be bothered. New Management ASAP!

I went to print some documents that the employee needed. Alex didn't even pay attention to what my daughter asked him. He spoke Spanish and my daughter speaks Spanish and English. He ignored my daughter's doubt. He left his shift. Another employee arrived. With a very bad attitude, they don't care about the customers, they are rude employees without any type of attention. We spent an hour trying to print the documents and they NEVER came close to helping us! Bad experience in this store! I don't recommend it

I’ve been here before and had great service. It’s a Saturday and I rushed to get there to print something before they closed. I arrived at 6:58, and two people told me nope sorry we’re closed. They close at 7:00 and I politely explained how I rushed to get there and I just needed to print something. I sat in the parking lot and watched them lock the doors at 7:03. That’s a shame and very poor customer service. I understand retail places and restaurant workers want their shift to end and go home, but consider the customers and don’t close your doors before it’s officially closing time. I never leave reviews but I’m left with no where to print an important document on a Saturday evening = not cool Office Depot! As a matter of fact I’m writing this review sitting in the parking lot, it’s 7:08 and they just let the last customers out. So I could’ve printed and then they turned the machine off in <10mins.

Shame to say that Office Depo doesn’t give the same quality service I have grown accustomed to and that they as a retailer should give its customers. Simple business card can’t be made and was actually recommended to go to a competitor because of quality of work wouldn’t be to my satisfaction??

I bought an office desk for my business and I paid for them to install, they deliver the desk a week ago, but they never come to install it. I removed my old desk and waiting for them to come build my new desk they never show up in my office, meanwhile I’m losing business if my desk is not build up. Worst service ever.

I had a emergency due to the professional printing ny husband's obituary, backed out on me, I walk in to see a smiling Sergio . Who was able to fix my obituary to my liking. He saved my day to make my event special.
