“Had to replace the 12 volt battery on a 2013 Ford Cmax, which of course has the 12 volt buried in the bottom of the trunk under a few covers. They did it in 30 minutes with no problems or complaints, and we chatted the whole time on a whole range of topics to pass the time. The entire time was super kind and knowledgeable, and I plan to come back if I ever have any issues in the future.”

Very good customer service, called them in a morning with my problem (we put gas instead of diesel in a diesel car by accident) and they were able to give me price by the phone (with 0 extra charges ) , I towed my car to their shop and car was ready at the same day after business hours . “This was our first time coming to take 5 after seeing the employees come into Publix where I work. When we first came up they handed us free water and had us wait in the car. Kp, Korian, Hunter and Joshua were the ones who helped us and they were all super polite and friendly. We will for sure come back to this location for any other inquiries we may need.”

“What a surprising experience! I have used another Walmart tire center for a few tire installations, but this one is, by far, one of the best out there. Went in for an appointment, took my vehicle in right away, and in one hour my tires were on my vehicle. Unfortunate but happens due to system limitations, but the tires that were changed were placed on the front, when I needed them in the back, and that is where the surprise came then: the technician took my car back at once, one person took the tires, another balanced them and the same one placed them back on for a total time of maybe 25 minutes. While they were doing that, the counter person did mention what happened to the tire supervisor, as an FYI, and continued to serve other customers. I did not see anyone treated disrespectful and some of these reviews make me wonder what is expected by an automotive crew. I will go back for oil changes also, since the price cannot be beat. A special thanks to Abby, assistant manager Leon, Nick, and ALL the techs in those bays, from an ex senior manager and sales developer of 10 years at the biggest auto retailer in the USA, ending with max.”
