Came to Old Navy today to pick up (2)8 dollar tee shirts. One of their associates followed me around the store asking me to apply for the credit card. I informed the lady 5x that I was not interested in a credit card. As I walked throughout the store, the lady continued to approach me in all departments asking me to apply for the credit card. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Old navy must really be struggling in they are pressuring people to apply for credit.

I just left the Old Navy on PBL BLVD IN WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA. The worst experience the manager that’s on duty today 11/11/2025 @11:20am. It was a complete nightmare the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was sassy saying unprofessional things under her breathe. Sad part all I ask was for her to return my items under the correct order number. She scanned 1 item from GAP and was willing to to accept it until she became overly aggressive because I wanted the order number put in. Then said threw the outfit down towards me and said you have to take this back to GAP. When that’s not entirely true. Well I’m going to call corny because I am completely taken aback at this type of behavior !

Customer service 👎 was unaware store was closing in 5 mins, went to the back of the store to look at clearance items. Security saw me and told me that the store is closed and that I had to leave.

Just walked out Severally annoyed. I’ve worked in retail for 7 years and none of my experiences have I been told I couldn’t use the dressing room when the store was still open. It was 3 items. Yes 8 mins before close. Hence why I was rushing myself but when I walked up she was just voice texting her friend and then told me I could try stuff on because they closed in a few mins. It obviously would have taken me less than that to try stuff on. It’s one thing to cut my shopping short so rudely. If you’re not going to work while you’re open then you don’t need my business. Pure laziness. I left without anything. Tell the fitting room girl to check her attitude and tell the manager to work during working hours. PERIOD.

I had a frustrating encounter with an employee (who turns out to be the manager). I asked to speak to the manager as the employee had the worst customer service, being outright rude, and she was called over. It is a serious joke that a person with no manners or professionalism could call themself a manager. Upper management at Old Navy should really be responsive to these complaints and find a solution, as my post is not the first related to bad customer service.

Worst old navy I’ve ever been to. The workers aren’t friendly. There were like 3 employees on the floor and none asked if I needed help or even smiled. Let alone they have security hawk you down if your black while your shopping as if your stealing. Smh I will never go back there and the boy with the fro or whatever that is on top of his head at the register made me want to put all my stuff back. I asked him about the 30-40 percent discount and he acted like he didn’t care so I made him take items off. Stop putting things that aren’t on sale in the sale spot. Never again !

Worst old navy I’ve ever been to. I called ahead and spoke with a male associate about a pair of shoes for my toddler the app said they were in-stock but rather than assuming I called ahead. The employee continued to ask me a variety of questions size color item number I provided him with everything and he preceded to tell me that it said they’re were a couple left (exactly what it said on the app). So I asked if he could grab and hold them for me he mumbles and says sure. My daughter and I go in, no one is at the front so we wandered around the store looking for the shoes or someone to help. We came across and employee I really wish I got the name of she was helping what looked like a new employee put items away so I figured she could help. I walk up and ask her about the shoes and where I could find them. She had a look of disgust on her face as if appalled I was asking her. She said she’d look for the guy I spoke to because she doesn’t know who it is. I’m not sure how that was helpful locating the actual shoes and where there were more in the store. She comes back and tells me he doesn’t have them. So I ask if she could help me find a pair and she sighed and told me she doesn’t know. At this point I had given up on the shoes I shouldn’t have to try SO hard to find and purchase an item and be met with such attitude. Especially since old navy has always been the absolute best with customer service. I went to speak to an assistant manager, the employee preceded to follow me up and stand there with her hands on her hips and when I opened my mouth to speak starting yelling over me. The assistant manager just stood there letting it happen. I gave up and left. Worst location ever. Worst management ever. And I work in customer service no employee should ever treat a paying customer like that let alone an assistant manager. I could’ve found more help on the app….

Drove here for the 70% off sale as advertised. Nothing was available at that rate whatsoever. Waste of time. Items of this cheap quality should not be more than $10. Total waste of time.

I was very disappointed my trip to Old Navy, they didn't have my size in any of the colored jeans or the Cino pants. I could only find one sweater in my size. It was very disappointing at the register they were not giving me the percentage that it said at the table or on the racks.
