Complete ripoff. Price gouging upon delivery and I didn’t even get all of my property delivered. Since they didn’t document all the property now I’m not getting reimbursed for ANYTHING, even for the items that were documented. Traumatic life events caused me to have to move faster than I wished and because of it they are winning because in total it was about $7,000 all to NOT receive all of my property. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

You guys said you would help me out with the paper work but when it came down to it nope you all were no help either. Your company and move with a pro are a big ass joke. You all take advantage of customers you don't care about your customers. I'm not the first one to complain about move with a pro but you still using them even though on BBB THEIR RATE IS AN F. TELLS A LOT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY TOO.
Update: you guys should be a shamed of your selves as well as move with a pro. You guys were no help to me to recover what was stolen and damaged of mine. All of you guys should be held accountable for screwing over an old person.
These people are a joke DO NOT USE THEM. Chris was the guy I talked to sounded very nice at first but let something go wrong and he won't answer his phone. They say they are there to help you that is a lie. I was told I would receive my stuff within 10 days. That was a lie. My stuff came to me at 830 pm 17 days later soaking wet broken plastic bins with lids standing water in them. My 65 inch tv brand new in the box ruined soaking wet and no one can tell me why or how this happened. My suff was damaged by water, broken or not received. Hey they only schedule the movers who are rude and direspectful. Lesson learned always do your home work before hiring someone like this.
Do not use these guys you will be sorry at the end.

Absolutely a scam first of all they are not the movers they contract out a mover to move your stuff and take your money promising you they will be there for you but once they take your money they are done dealing with you and whomever takes the contract whom you don't know until they show up is who you deal with. They up charged me with the threat that if I didn't over pay then if my load was over the estimate they would not move my stuff but would reimburse me for the amount they put a cushion in for if in fact the space wasn't that much as they thought. They also said a truck would come with markings so I could see exactly how much cubic feet I used and when the truck came it was a rental from uhaul with no markings. I was told I would get a accurate cubic feet count on pick up but the movers didn't know anything about it. It took 3 days from that point to get any list of items taken and was told at that point I used all the space even though I took pictures of the stuff in the truck showing that it was only half full. I tried to dispute the feet used and was told that if I didn't pay the reminder then my stuff would be held until i paid final payment. The amount that they scammed me for was well over 1200 dollars and have to go though a third party to file a claim to hope to get back and have had to deal with a second hand party ever since they pack men took my money they washed hands of me.

This company is scamming you gays , don’t believe on this company,
I was contacted with this company regarding my two beds goods , they ask me about the pictures of goods , I send them., they give me estimates for 1534$ , from Indianapolis to Austin Texas, I accept the estimate and I sign , I paid the deposit , 525$
They driver comes and not takes my goods , he said it is not 330 feet , at the first they not mentioned about feet, never. The driver gone back I contacted with company , to refund my deposit , they said pay 4300$ and we can move the goods , and they not refund my deposit as well,
I’m not recommending any one to move with this scam company. The customer service is so rude.

Would give this company zero stars if I could. Constant misinformation given by multiple different support people. Please don’t waste your time. I scheduled my move NINE MONTHS in advance, put my deposit down and confirmed multiple times with the sales rep that my move date was flexible, we used a placeholder date, and my estimate didn’t even have an end address on it. I never heard from the company again until the day before the “scheduled” move.
At that point I cancelled with them and they said they will not refund me (because I signed a nonrefundable contract) but will hold my deposit for a future move. Okay, no problem…. Trying to use that credit a couple months later was an absolute nightmare.
I was told that a 2000 mile move would cost about the same as a 15 mile move due to “logistics”. It’s clear they make a decent amount of money keeping people’s deposits this way. I’m giving up $$$$ I spent with them on the deposit, it is literally not worth the stress dealing with them. To make matters worse, every support person I talked to was extremely rude and condescending. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This company is run on the premise of deceit. They lie, cheat, hold your items hostage for more money. Pond scum scammers. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night. Karma. The owner is married to a guy who was arrested for running a moving scam operation. Every bad review posted is accurate. Run as fast as you can. Our belongings were damaged, smelly, and ruined. Took them a month to deliver after they said 4 days, and charged us 6k more than the quote and if we didn’t pay it they would just keep our belongings. If the police were not involved I’m almost certain we still would not have received our belongings. The owners have built an empire and are living a lifestyle of the rich and famous by scamming people for a living. Shameful. What goes around, comes around. And it will.

I got a call after looking for moving quotes online and I got a call from pack men I was stressing about moving from the state I grew up in and they made it comfortable and easy after leaving Alabama and brought my stuff to Virginia and set my new apartment up thank you guys for the help A 1 service

I hired Pack Men after speaking with Angie she set everything up for me got the packing taken care of and all I had to do was open the door the job they did was professional and I finally got a chance to relax after weeks of stressing thank you Pack Men USA I am now sitting in my lazy boy with a smile

A client requested I find them a moving company and I do not like to recommend companies I haven't personally worked with but I called and spoke with Kyle Allen. and he was personable and knowledgable so I gave this company a shot and my clients were blown away with their professionalism, responsiveness and value. Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The contractors they hired held my things for over a month, trying to get more money out of me, belligerent on the phone, yelled at me saying “you people” lied about where my things were and broke an antique vanity and mirror and never reimbursed me.
