I had a fantastic experience at Palm Beach Coachworks! I stopped by to get an estimate on my car and Geovanni was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the process and the costs involved. His honesty and transparency truly stood out, which is so refreshing in this industry. Went to Palm beach Coachworks for body work after our car was rear ended. We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship or the customer service. From the very first phone call we made to set up an appointment through picking it up today the staff was helpful, friendly and smiling. The car looks great. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the time I dropped my car off, initial evaluation, contacting our insurance company and then doing the repair. Everything was an absolute pleasure. The car was even ready a week earlier then I thought.
I can’t say enough about the process and from what I can see the quality of the work is superb as well

Fantastic experience even though I didn’t get my car repaired here. I live in SC but my daughter attends college in West Palm. She was in a car accident a few days ago, other drivers fault, and I wasn’t there to help her get quotes to repair her vehicle. So, I did what I could do from a distance and called a few body shops to see if she could come by and get her car checked out. To my disappointment, I encountered unfriendly and unhelpful attitudes until I called Palm Beach Coachworks. Giovanni answered the phone and I was pleasantly surprised by his helpfulness. He educated me on the insurance claims process and guided me on what to expect and how to handle it. Furthermore, he had me send my daughter over so he could inspect the vehicle and to make sure she could operate it safely. My daughter said he was extremely nice and respectful. It felt really good having someone like Giovanni taking care of my daughter when I wasn’t in a position to do so. The insurance company ended up totaling her car so I didn’t have the repairs made. I tried to pay Giovanni for his time and helpfulness but he wouldn’t accept any money. He said that’s how he treats all his customers. How refreshing! Thanks Giovanni!!!

Both my vehicles had hurricane/tornado damage. PB Coachworks made sure all damages were identified and worked closely with my insurance company to make sure it was completely documented on the estimate . Both vehicles came back perfect! The entire team really went the extra mile and I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you PB Coachworks!!

My BMW was hit from behind by a truck. I took it to Palm beach Coachworks to be fixed. They did an incredible job fixing it and it looks better than it did before the accident! They were also extremely helpful and worked with a very challenging insurance company, to make sure the job was paid for. They handled everything and fought for me so I didn't have to. I was impressed by their professionalism and consistent communication, so a huge thank you to Gio, Sonya and Henry for going beyond a great customer service experience!
