We stopped there for a quick lunch. The plaza was very dirty and the tables and chairs had a film on them. As we were eating, the cleaning guy came around. We watched as he squirted two times and with a DIRTY rag proceeded to wipe two strokes and moved on. The chairs didn't even get that lucky. The food was good. I rather drive another 40 miles to go to the next plaza than return to this one

hard to complain about a centrally located rest area so I pretty much won't. not really sure why these aren't the norm since they are so much more efficient than the dual-opposed rest areas further along in new england. Nice that they've got the Highway Patrol offices on site, not sure if they are actively prowling the area but it's good to know there's someone nearby if something goes amiss. nice layout inside too: besides a variety of faster food items that are sure to disappoint the seasoned voyager (pizza, chicken, burgers, donuts) the sunshine market is shop of many items for the tourist and traveler alike including pillows, apparel, sunglasses, bottled sodas and bag snacks - I especially like the assortment of postcards. lots of room to spread out and feast or start scribbling notes to entertain distant friends or both. easy in, easy out, and try not to forget which way your were going because it might be while before you can reverse your course.

We were en route to Orlando from Miami and decided on coffee. As foreigners we aren't used to going off motorways to the left like central reservation direction, it just seems un-natural. We are used to UK and Europe where it's common to go off on the right. So the sign said Dunkin was to be found there. Ww thought ok, fairly good coffee and it's been three years since we had a Dunkin Donut. It was called Dunkin Donuts back then, but they rebranded image instead of making the food better quality. Yikes. The service centre was bright and airy with good WiFi and just alright toilet facilities (lost a star as they could and should have been cleaner) with quite basic, semi comfortable seating, but not seating that offered relaxation. The dunkin donut selection was poor, but not awful. The service too was mediocre, low paid folks going through the motions slowly, who likely didn't want to be there and who can blame them? We did not know then that the next DD in Orlando would be even worse; bloody awful in fact (separately reviewed). We got cappuccinos which were very good. All in all two cappuccinos and 6 donuts about 15 bucks. Two bad DD experiences kills it for us. More generally as we travelled through it, Florida isn't what it was 30 years ago, and not for the better for us, it's become beyond unpleasant. Trumpism runs rampant. It has managed to gel all the various misfits and cranks from invisible isolation into a group of like minded sociopaths. It is a force to contend with in political races across the US. Trump was a super-spreader of his brand of amoral self-interest that tramples fact, truth, law and rights. He has got an already corrupt political party to embrace his tactics and zero values. The brazen lies of prominent figures in that party show that they've abandoned all ethics and standards, and will happily violate the oaths they took to uphold the constitution. Viral Trumpism has already merged with conspiracy theories like Q Anon, with anti-vaccine cults, with white supremacists and neo-fascists, and with the gun-fetishising groups that continue to have an ominous presence in public life. The short-term future for the USA is alarming and unpredictable, it is going down the pan and the damage may be lasting; whether it's the prevention of climate action or the infliction of literal and financial violence on poor and marginalised people and it's impacting on all levels of society right before our eyes. We are glad we're occasional tourists and imagine we'll be even more occasional - it's a place we pass through to go where we really want to be, but not a place that delights us any more.

Half of the food places were closed at 5:30 on a Saturday night. The employees at BK had the absolute nastiest attitudes. The lady in the gift shop was super sweet. Nice accessibility to gas and food right off the TP

Last stop before arriving to Miami. Had a quick DD coffee run. Bathroom was very clean. They have several shops you can go as well as food options. There is also a small pet area on the side .

This service plaza has 4 EV chargers and 8 Tesla chargers. Has all the things you need. The bathrooms were pretty clean. They do have many restaurants to eat from here as well.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Line was 15+ people long with the worlds slowest workers. Coffee was burnt, they added sprinkles to our Signature Latte (we didn't want sprinkles and it doesn't come with them normally), it was free donut day and we got charged for all our donuts, they were out of orange juice, this store doesn't work with the app so I couldn't even redeem a free beverage reward or try to order ahead to avoid the long line. This location really needs to let people order from the app so they can just focus on getting food out the door. If you can avoid this location, I'd suggest it!

Beautifully maintained service center. Restaurants are open. Quite a bit of traffic. Many truckers and SUVs. Bathrooms are extremely clean. There were even fresh flowers placed on the counters. One of my favorite service centers.
