I don't normally write reviews but I needed to share my experience with PB Plumbing parts.Yesterday my shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I noticed a piece to the faucet that was broken. I called my local plumber and they didn't have the part.Then I went to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware. None of these big retailers could help me. Someone wrote down PB Plumbing Parts and said try them. So today, I left my house to 2501 Westgate Ave, WPB. During the drive over I was thinking, what will I do if they don't have this part. I walked into the store and was greeted by Mike who was working the front counter. I showed him the part and before I could take it out of the ziplock bag, he was back in front of me with exactly the same one. I don't know how he was able to identify it so quickly and produce the exact type and model I needed. I was beyond impressed with Mike and his knowledge. I was in and out of the store in five minutes and the price was so reasonable. Everyone should know this place exist and make it the first stop, for their plumbing needs.

I needed a part for my toilet. This plumbing parts store was where I was told to go because I could not find it at Home Depot or Lowe's. Part purchased at this store and sales person showed how to put part together. Many thanks and highly recommended.

This is a real plumbing supply house the best in this area, mike up front is a great guy and always helps me out when I go in there for parts, I work for a small company in the same area and I always go to palm beach plumbing parts when I need a part, these guys carry the best parts and their knowledge for plumbing is at an high expert level especially mike he’s the man and makes you feel welcome and is very friendly.

Never mind 5 stars give these guys 100 stars! I had been chasing down a certain plumbing part with the whole thing getting into a bit of a runaround when somebody told me to check out PB Plumbing Parts and BAM they had EXACTLY what I needed right from the jump! What's more is they just could not have been any nicer to deal with or more welcoming. Some professional parts places you go to if you're not a contractor they kinda talk down to you and don't treat you that nice well these guys are the exact opposite of that. The dude who helped me was Mike who not only was an absolute pleasure to deal with but he also took the time to educate me on the part I was getting which led to him guiding me toward a particular design of that same part which was actually better made and known to last longer as the type of design I was zeroing in on was known to not hold up very well over time and would therefore likely break sooner rather than later so THANKS Mike and THANKS PB Plumbing Parts you guys ROCK!!

I had to recently replace my shower cartridge and I went to Home Depot and could not find a person in sight to help so I googled a plumbing supply in the area and Palm Beach Plumbing Supply was my closest option. I called the store and spoke to Mike who was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my general questions. Mike told me to head on in and he would assist me for the replacement of the shower cartridge. Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by Mike whom noticed the shower cartridge in my hand and he immediately knew what I needed. I was more than impressed. With his immediate and accurate knowledge of this piece, he had me in and out of the door in no time. Mike was such a pleasure! What an excellent experience! This is your one stop shop for all plumbing replacement parts with excellent customer service. I recommend to all!

I love going to a store where the staff are friendly informative and very helpful Iam a carpenter with little knowledge of plumbing these guys answered all my question and told me what I needed and why, everything worked out perfect and I will be using them again no more lowes or Home Depot for plumbing material…

Their business hours end at 5 o'clock. I had driven about 10 miles to get to them. I had no hot water in my kitchen. I needed a valve stem. When I arrived at 4:53 I pulled into the parking lot and they were locking the doors. As I approach the door the man who had locked the door told me that they were shut. I explained to him that I had driven all the way in, asking if he could help me, noting it wasn't 5 yet. He told me they always shut early, the place was locked, and that he couldn't help me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do whatever you can to avoid this business.
