This company has zero communication. It took weeks to receive the shoes that were too small, so I followed the return instructions and the only chat worked at the time to confirm where to send. It's been 3.5 weeks since they've received the return and I haven't been issued a refund: but furthermore, they don't reply to their 'contact' email and the online chat has not worked since and errors so there's no way to communicate.. buy shoes elsewhere if you'd like communication and any realm of a normal timeline. And a refund for returned items.

I live in Dallas Texas and was given a pair of Palm Beach Sandals for my Birthday! I loved them so much I ordered another pair from Skip in Vero Beach. What a great guy! He was so helpful and nice over the phone. He made my shopping so easy. These sandals are extremely well crafted compared to a lot of knockoffs in other stores. I am so happy with my purchase and discovering Palm Beach Sandals in Vero Beach!!!! Thank you so much,Lynne Baker

Walked in thinking I would not find anything for my large arthritic foot. But I walked out with exactly what I wanted and have been wearing them nonstop! They are tight when you first put them on but in a few hours they turned out to be my favorite shoes ever! Owner is awesome and very helpful. Not at all pushy! I will be back over and over! BTW the prices are very reasonable. I am returning my Tory Burch I just got in the mail as they cannot compare! And they are made in the USA.❤️

This is the place to buy sandals, straw bags and fun dresses. It is a beautifully designed boutique created with an unerring eye for detail. Enjoy the hand painted walls of the spacious dressing rooms.The store sings with color, good energy in design and the owners are low key, helpful and fun. The sandals are classy chic, all leather and totally comfortable.

I love this place! I take all my out of town guests here to get a pair of custom sandals. It can be overwhelming trying to decide how to customize your shoes but it is also super fun! I own a couple pairs myself and find them comfortable and durable. I have had other sandals with leather bottoms that were treacherously slippery but these shoes I haven't had a problem with. I go to the shop on S. Dixie by La Sirena Restaurant, staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is usually very quiet.

They changed the widths of the shoes and did not post online.I ordered a pair and the width is too narrow.They will not refund my money only store credit.I understand this if the width of shoes had been listed online.How was I to know?

The quality is not what it once was. The weird painted leather that the Palm Beach sandals are made from now is super ugly and does not patina the same way my older sandals have. The little leather cords have also ripped out of all the new sandals. Luckily I still have the originals and am overjoyed to know that the original makers are back in business albeit, rebranded. If you are in the market for this style of sandal, hunt down the original maker they have much better quality and are made here in the USA!

I paid over $100 for a pair about 4 years ago. Took them in there on 4/9 for a resole which cost me $60. Four weeks later, I still don’t have my shoes. When I call they say they’ll get back to me. Nobody seems to know what I’m talking about. I should have taken them to a shoe repair guy. Just got a call they’ll be done by Friday. We’ll see. If not, I want a refund and you’ll never hear from me again or anyone else I know!!

so so comfortable. The selection of colors and combinations makes you want to buys many pairs. the additions like the a monogram flamingo or cute Christmas palm tree (amongst many other choices) make it hard to say no. Fabulous sandels and great company

I love the fit and feel of my PBS's! They conform to your foot bed after only a few wears and are SO comfy. If you don't mind the wait, they have endless color combos that they will make special for you. If you wonder how they compare to the 'other' brand that they sell @ Nordstroms; ask them to show you the comparison chart. No contest on where the quality is.

As a first-time customer of the Palm Beach sandals I have to say I'm extremely happy with the service & the sandals. They're probably the best made pair of shoes I've ever purchased. As the website says, THEY ARE 100% GENUINE LEATHER. Monica the manager, took my order over the telephone and they were to me in about two weeks. She was friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with the first pair of shoes, that I bought a second pair right away with my custom monogram. Speaking to the other reviewers who said they found a 'made in Mexico stamp' underneath the strap, I'm sorry, I just don't believe it. Hmmm? Sounds like either those are malicious reviews written Jack Rogers (competitor) or those were not genuine Palm Beach sandals that you purchased -probably a knock off -which are everywhere- and that is why I would only purchase directly through the Palm Beach Store: 561-847-4000.
