Please, if you value the life of your pet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE.
Treatment received was nothing short of murder, medical negligence, with a disgustingly inappropriate work environment.

Rushed my Little Bit there Saturday afternoon on the 24th of August, and to my surprise, they weren't taking in anymore walk ins !!! The child , I will call him that because of his very rude behavior, he told me that they were too busy to answer the phone !!! But YET THEY HAD TIME TO STAND AROUND TWIDDLING THEIR THUMBS AT NOTHING !!! Let me say this once and ONLY ONCE !!! THAT little boy is LUCKY that I was holding my sick pup because otherwise he not only would have got a talking too !!! Because of that rude mouth of his BUT I WOULD HAVE SHOWN HIM WHAT IT MEANS WHEN YOU MESS WITH MY PUPS HEALTH !!! So after his Very Rude behavior, I had to take her to an emergency clinic where it cost 10 times as much !!! And now here it is Monday afternoon, and do you think they can answer a phone call ??? Heck, no, they're way TOO FRIGGING LAZY TO DO ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES ACTUAL WORK !!! BUT THEY SURE AS HECK HOLD OUT A HAND COME PAYDAY I BET !!!
AS TO THE OWNERS REPLY !!!
GET A LIFE AND DON'T EXPECT ANY SYMPATHY FROM ME FOR YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! I TRIED CALLING BEFORE COMING THERE AND NO ANSWER !!! APPARENTLY, YOU DON'T CARE TO READ THE FULL POST !!! MAYBE YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT ANIMALS INSTEAD OF SPOUTING OFF AT THE MOUTH WITH YOUR LIES !!!

Came in for an appointment, not a walk-in, and was not seen by a doctor until literal 3.5 hours later. The doctor comes into our little room, I wish I got her name - she is an older black lady and she is very rude from the first second, like it’s my fault she’s there. She asks how I’m doing, I said with a smile “better now that you’re here!” She said “What?” I repeated it, and told her how long we waited. She responds with a very rude uncaring response excusing the insane wait and not a lick of friendliness, it’s terrible energy after all this. My 100 lb dog comes over to sniff her, the doctor JUMPS back which is weird for a vet considering my dogs behavior was normal she’s just large. The doctor said “get a muzzle on this dog.” I said “for what?…” She said my dog snarled at her, and opened her mouth. We are all literally standing within 1 foot of eachother in this room, my dog did no such thing. Apparently she’s been practicing for 40 years maybe this should be her last one if she is so miserable and also generally afraid of big dogs. The assistant was also in the room, he and I looked at eachother dumbfounded but he can’t say anything against the doctor. So they bring a muzzle and I request another doctor. Everything else is fine except now everyone is treating my dog like she’s dangerous when we leave ? it was insane. She was the most peaceful girl in the building the whole time we were waiting in the chaos of unruly dogs around her. Truly awful experience. Why make an appointment ?? Why schedule appointments. It was a madhouse, highly do NOT recommend this vet. Awful. Hope you give that vet a break soon she needs it bad.

I can't thank Paws for Help enough for saving my dog's life. After a suspected heat stroke, we initially took him to Veterinary Emergency Group,in Boynton Beach, where we were charged over $3,000 and told to put him to sleep. Devastated and desperate for another option, we called Paws for Help. They told us to bring him in right away, and after just a few days of IV treatments and medical care, our dog is back to 100%! You gave our family hope when we had none, and we could never thank you enough for saving our baby. Highly recommend Paws for Help—they truly care.

This clinic cares for our pets and the prices are fair. I drive 45min to take my dog there whenever I need it and it's worth it!

I requested an appointment online and arrived early. Waited for 1 hour and some pets went in that arrived after me. Place smells horrible, staff does not update and not friendly at all. They appear like they do not even want to be there. I understand that this is a nonprofit but scheduling is something that is not that difficult to follow. Will never go there again....

My husband rescued a stray dog that had many health issues. Heartworm among other things. After visiting a local animal hospital, we were told the treatments and surgery would cost about $6k. An employee from the animal hospital told my husband about Paws 2 Help. We took the dog there several times for treatment and we ended up paying about $1k. We are customers for life.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I brought my 6 year old American bully for his vaccinations and I also mentioned that he was peeing inside (which he has never done). The “vet” claimed “ he was too young to be in cognitive” and to “ Roll up a newspaper and smack him on the bottom”. Well a couple weeks go by and he’s still doing it but I’m assuming it’s because of the weather. Well finally he stopped getting up to eat and would just sit there and cry. I took him to a real vet and they did a simple urine sample and found a bladder infection. I’m so upset that I was “ Disciplining” my dog for something out of his control and that was missed by this facility.

Please do not waste your time going into this establishment. They do not understand the concept of appointments. I brought my dogs in for a 12:30 appointment and I was still waiting at 3:00 to get into one of their rooms. The floors are dirty, they have broken glass windows, and the front desk people are not helpful. Staff uses the excuse that they “had an emergency”. My dogs visit was an emergency in my eyes. Don’t walk, RUN, somewhere else.
