Avoid PBSO as much as possible. Don't call them or interact with any of them. In all my encounters with them the officers have been rude, arrogant, liars and they don't know the laws they're supposed to enforce. Watch any patrol car out on the street. They commit more traffic violations than anyone else on the road. Whatever problem you're having, PBSO will only make it worse.

From July 7th, 2022 to the present date I have been victimized by Sergeant Denney in Internal Affairs; Captain Richter and Deputy Brandon O'Keefe. The Deputy took photos of my demolished condo and did not put them into evidence and multiple Evidence Packets are missing. The Sergeant did not know of the photos. Instead of following Due Process I received a Cease and Desist email from Captain Richter which I have sent to The State Attorney ... The Attorney General and to The Office of The Governor. It seems that they are not following the Attorney Generals Direction of her August 15th, 2023 news conference concerning Olympus Pools offender. I have a similar case with Siegel Design Group. As a Taxpayer / a Victim / a US Citizen I am entitled to an investigation as presented to me by Sergeant Meehan during initial conversations in June, 2022.

First and foremost I want to thank Sheriff Ric Bradshaw in demonstrating outstanding leadership for restoring order in both Riviera and West Palm Beach. The noticeable as well dramatically lower homicide and cime rate in both cities are greatly appreciated by citizens and upgrades our image as a safe city in which to live and visit. I am so pleased with the liason between community and law enforcement. Some concerns are more important than others although each issue matters. Is it more important to put out a brush fire when a wildfire rages in comparison? Pick your battle. I feel the recent celebratory environment of the police officer in the media is embarrassing to America a supposedly civilized Nation. The odds of an African American being harmed outside there own race.by Law Enforcement is .0000001%. Do a random probability table. The odds of African American against each other are 99.9% ivory Snow Your odds of winning Powerball twice and Mega Millions once combined are greater. You can't be politically correct and serve and protect. You see the part B at the end of a part A problem. It's unfair to tarnish this officer and crucify him for a mistake Afican Americans do to each.other every day. I see the only time African Americans Life's Matter is the death by Caucasian or other non black law enforcement. If they became just as passionate about how they harm each other then Black Lives will really matter ?.

I called the Sheriff's office last night, as I was manhandled yesterday, and my arms were bleeding..One woman and one man showed up at my house. My arms were bandaged up, and the woman cop, heard my story, while looking at me like I was crazy..Oh, yeah, I always bandage both arms up for fun..After a few minutes, and her staring at me, like I was lying, I figured I wasn't getting across to her, nor did she care..I threw them both out ..Nice to know we are protected...What a joke..Blue lives matter?? Not to me..And obviously I was "too white" for her...I'll use tanning cream next time..SHAME on the PALM Beach Sheriff's office..ug...

One of the finest Law Enforcement agencies in the USA, for many many years. Currently being lead by Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, who was just re-elected for a 5th term, the former Chief of Police of West Palm Beach who is universally respected by his peers. The People of Palm Beach County are well served by PBSO and as for the criminals who complain, well, what would you expect? Pay no attention to the criminals and other malcontents who criticize PBSO, because when YOU need protection and Help YOU need PBSO.

Today I experienced one of the most terrifying things, I locked the child in the car. Thankfully It was overcast, the hotel was shading the car and she was sitting inside just eating watermelon And pressing the lock button while I was trying to jumpstart my truck. PBSO officers arrived quickly, there within minutes that's 5 stars but, I was really close to a Dunkin' Donuts. It had just been raining and my daughter was just relaxing and not in any imminent danger. I asked the officer to please not break the window, a locksmith was on the way and the officer was so unkind and assertive. He said, that this was so time sensitive, she was going to heat up, He needed to break the window. He breaks the window and that scared my daughter more than anything, glass is everywhere, he takes my name and gives me a card with a few churches who can "help" financially maybe and leaves after the paramedics Check her out,"she looks perfect, not even a little hot. " I then spend 2 hours cleaning up glass by myself, alone at a hotel with a toddler, dead battery and a broken window If the child isn't in danger breaking the window causes way more damage. there should be someone there who is calm and rational to decide to wait for a locksmith or break the window. someone who isn't that guy who was ready to smash windows. There should be a better protocol. He didn't even assess the situation, he caused so much more stress and left me there to clean up a huge mess, with only one arm, holding a very active toddler. I'm grateful we have police officers to keep our city safe,But I'm so very disappointed in how this officer reacted and I hope you guys make a better protocol.

Justice is blind as depicted by Her Lady with a blind fold wrapped around her eyes. My opinion is "injustice is blind". I support Sheriff Rick Bradshaw's efforts in bringing civil obedience back into the African American community. It pains me to watch these African American's destroy their own community without impunity based on impulsive irrational decisions. " Life isn't fair" but what you do to balance the scales is put down your differences and learn to get along. Right now the voice of reason is to contain those that create havoc. Hopefully it saves some mother's child life. When a Police Officer kills an African American it's "wrongful death"but what is it when African American's kill each other? Is there an escrow account to compensate a mother for the lost of her child? I applaud Sheriff Bradshaw and all those in law enforcement attempting to bring peace and unity back into the African American community. "God Bless America" . Real Black Men matter and they should know it, and learn to represent accordingly.

I am a 65 year old female who owns and manages a licensed rooming house property in E. Lake Worth. I have one tenant I just served with a 3 Day Notice for non payment of rent. The man has 5 felony arrests now, one for attacking a PBSO officer. He is 350 lbs and drinks. I went to Court and obtained from a Judge an Injunction for one year to keep him away from me after three 911 instances concerning his violence. The man was in court and heard the Judge tell him he can't be at the property when I am there and to steer clear of my private home (he admitted to stalking me at my house once to the Judge). Last evening I had to have 911 officers come to enforce the Injunction (I produced the paperwork) as this man showed up and locked himself in the building. The two Officers were about 20 years old each and were rude and condescending to ME. They were nice as pie to the felon with the record. Said they couldn't enforce the Judge's Order because this man lived in the room!!! I told Officers all the furniture and TV's in the room are mine, not his, and I will take back my possessions. Then they said I couldn't do that because that wouldn't be fair...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Sorry, I'm from a 3 generation Police family but I'm seeing the level of PBSO people degenerating. We used to have Officers who came and stopped the violence, etc. Now they are all afraid of being sued. That's actually what they said to me. More important to not get sued than protect the person who took hours to get to the Courthouse and seek protection from a violent individual. I called the police back and they said not to clog up the 911 number. Told me to call a non emergency number and report "my dissatisfaction". I asked to have the supervisor, Sgt. Jimenez, call me back to seek advice and direction but he never called me back. Either did the two other calls to the first officer from last week, Officer Wenzel. And all I read in the papers is how the Police are so aggressive. I informed the officers that I have a concealed weapons permit and would hate to have to defend myself since they seem incapable of doing so. Officers just shrugged their shoulders and left. If it wasn't myself writing this, I wouldn't believe it happened. I hope that someone with a sense of duty from PBSO would read this and pass it on to someone with some integrity before somebody gets hurt defending themselves. Thank you for reading. I'm going back to the Judge in Delray and let him know all the time he spends on these Injunctions are a waste of time and paper, as the PBSO thinks they are toilet paper.

I am aware of the Green Acres crack-down on the homeless spurred by the Oct 2018 "Public Lodging Ordinance," but when police overstep their authority, it is reflected in other officers and ordinary citizens. The abuse I have observed over the last six months appears to be escalating. Today, I witnessed three men outside the Green Acres library at 9:30 AM awaiting the opening. Three Palm County deputies surrounded them in a threatening manner and one of the officers demanded identification. "Give me your I.D.s" Obvious harassment. Of course, this is illegal, Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada, 542 U.S. 177 (2004) makes it very clear that there must be an accompanying suspicion of a crime in Florida if not driving. In fact, these men were not even obligated to give them their names. I have informed the gentlemen of their legal rights to privacy (this is not the Germany of WWII), and I now suggest the sheriff's office instruct their officers to ask the probable American citizen if they would mind presenting their identification. Also, at that point the officer should be prepared if the person chooses to say - "No.". Example: Officer: "Would you mind if I see your ID?" Citizen: "Yes, I would mind." Officer: "Have a nice day." I am a great supporter of our boys in blue, but I abhor bullies.

They took over 1 hour and 45 min to come to a car accident that I was apart of and they said it was because another emergency had involved weapons so they needed all the sheriffs there. My thing is how do not have enough cops to do their job from 3 different police stations in west palm.

Had one of my bank accounts broken into and made an identity theft report with PBSO. In the report I specifically mentioned and asked the officer taking the report to note that my bank had a voice recording and the IP address of the perpetrator. All PBSO had to do was issue a subpoena for the bank to release those details. Two months after the report I just got a packet in the mail on how to prevent identity theft and that's it. They didn't do something as simple as a basic subpoena that would lead to the capture of the criminal, who was probably responsible for many more identity thefts. What a useless way of spending tax dollars on a bunch of lazy and incompetent government "servants," who fail to perform their function in one of the most elementary ways.
