Pep Boys at the Military Trail location provides expert tire services and auto repair. Some personnel are very respectful and sympathetic, doing everything they can to accommodate customers. However, service can take a little longer than expected even with an appointment, and some find the personnel not very friendly. There are also complaints that the price charged for parts is much higher than at other stores. Overall, many customers are satisfied with the work and leave with peace of mind.
Today I came to this place, and the person who spoke Spanish didn't even let me speak, he told me that he was busy and so I waited a few minutes until I had to leave.

Been a customer since 2022 but this year has been really frustrating specifically with the tire realignment and customer service. My car has left their garage with new or worse issues all 3 times Ive gone this year. Going to switch shops to the Palm Beach Gardens one from here on out
