My place to go to for all my fragrances! Prices compared to retailers such as Macy's, Nordstorms, Saks is way better! Basically got Creed for almost $80 less and other fragrances, some work with my PH and some don't and if you don't know that by now GOOGLE how fragrance work! Customer service is always on point, they take their time with me and is always a pleasent experience! On the receipt it says return policy so don't know why people would complain about that! Best place for my fragrance needs!

Two other customers in the store and none of the three staff are smiling, they have scowls on their faces.Lots of merchandise to choose from but they don't seem Happy to be working on a Sunday holiday weekend. What happened to the former culture?There is currently a Sale of 70% Off "Select items".

Kept making up excuses for me not to return a perfume first said it was open and after seeing it was in touched they then said I cannot return it because I lost my card and didn’t have that exact one with me and did not try to help with a solution they all had bad customer service

Very rude, rude people, years buying perfumes there and I found them in a bad mood and they didn't want to change me, they lost a customer! I do not recommend the place at all! Buy your perfumes at Macy's, Ulta beauty or Sephora, I treat you much more professionally and without so much price surcharge!

Few perfumes are real, 80% of them are fake. I bought red polo, blue polo, pie of Givenchy, etc they all basically have the same nasty smell.The goods one I had there were: spice addict ( gold one ) by Lomani and Lolita lampicka

Had a very bad experience with this place I was guided into buying something I was not happy with and couldn't try a sample of. When speaking to management to see if there was anything they could do the manager was very rude and said no have a good day. I will take my business somewhere else next time.

I stopped in Friday evening, to inquire about my cologne of choice. The sales person stated she did indeed have this. Provided me with the smelling tab ect. Then immediately tried to sell an alternative fragrance. She was very targeted to sell me other fragrances then what I wanted. Telling me those are bogo/best sellers. I'm aware she may get a special incentive for selling those, but it's not what I came in for. She was informed that I want my choice of fragrance, yet she kept trying to change me mind. Ultimately, I decided to leave and not buy anything at all. Yet went to another retail establishment and bought there. Be advised, they will try to sell new fragrances/or incentives before when you chose to buy. And they will push it pretty hard. She would have had a sale if she just gave me what I wanted to buy. I will not return...

A very unpleasant experience with the lady who serves; I went to look for a perfume to recommend as a gift but I also had in mind to buy one at that time regardless of the cost and since I told her that I wanted a perfume, the lady insisted that I buy an inexpensive one that anyway smells delicious and I can buy them cheap. She doesn't know if I'm a businesswoman or an employee or whatever, but no matter how much I told her what I had in mind or wanted to smell, she kept telling me about cheap perfumes that I could buy and the truth is, her look was very ugly. . I approached the prestigious perfumes that I liked and she went back to the economical ones as she told them. How sad that among Latinos we behave like this. I hope she is not the owner because what an owner wants is to sell and provide excellent service.

All perfumes here are fake dont buy here and dont waste your money. You will regret it trust me. Buy in department store even a bit high price but its worth it..
