My names is cassinnel oliver me and my family move into the complex a month now and listen I just want to say I am at home god knows the building manager ,the maintenance guy oh my god if all the other apartment owner and team could come like this ā¤ļøā¤ļøš§šøš§šø it would be amazing my apartment is well kept I had and I have no problems me and my kids sleep well even after moving from a different apartment and was exposed to mold I was scared because I felt I would experience the same thing again from I been in here we have not been sick lord knows am thankful ššššthank you am literally writing this with tears in my eyes thank you .Chris your the best please keep up the good workšš

The property manager Chris, is a good guy and does his best to take care of us. Every time I have an issue. he has been understanding and flexible to meet our needs to the best of his ability. Been here over a year and I am visually seeing his improvements. Javier is also going to get a shout out, always super nice when we see him.

Moved in back in May, termites have been a really big issues especially around the doors all through the apartment. Both balcony floors make you feel like they will fall through at any moment and thereās lot of termites debris back there as well. Also rats are another big issue. Thank god I donāt have small children, Iāve had to keep traps all over my downstairs and so far 5 rats have been caught. Still quite a few running through the ceilings and walls at night which is super creepy. Chris is absolutely accommodating best to his ability for my family and I but I know as just a manager thereās only so much he can do. Definitely not worth the money and there are no amenities offered.

Having lived here for almost 4 years I can say a lot has changed. In the beginning of our time here the neighborhood was loaded with pot holes, they wanted guests to pay for parking, and maintenance was a nightmare to even get to your unit. Then Chris CastellĆ³n took over managing the property and immediately got to work remedying these things. Beyond that, heās in the trenches with the residents when things go wrong. For example he was out there by B and D building helping residence clear out the tree that fell into the parking lot so we wouldnāt have to wait till the morning. He looks out for the neighborhood kids. Helps residences with any issues they have and he does it with grace and mercy. Truly he is the reason weāve stuck around this long and probably the reason these buildings are still standing because the last property manager/landlord couldnāt have given two sh**s about this place. Shout out to Chris for taking care of the neighborhood and improving it, more and more, everyday!

We moved down from NJ recently and found this property on Google. Based on the old pictures I saw, the area has improved significantly over the years and it looks like management is really taking care of the property. Thank you for helping us find an apartment!

I swear I looked at these reviews before I move in I donāt know who Erica is but I know the property manager is Chris . I havenāt been here a full month itās a lot wrong with my unit Iām just naming a few and now I know why 70-80 something units with one maintenance man is disturbing! I MOVED IN A INFESTED TERMITE APARTMENT. Trust if I know at the time I wouldnāt gave them a time of day. Before I move in I could reach Chris any day and time now that I moved in they got my money I have to chase him down! My locks on siding door both canāt lock SAFETY PROBLEM now I sleep with my weapon real close to me! I reported it twice !!again Iām fairly new paid security and first month rent so where did my funds go??? The apartment literally look like the previous tenants moved out a day before I got there rust everywhere walls filthy . Like dang you couldnāt paint over this mess? My windows is cracked and the solution I gotten so far was to put black tape on it . Is this window order like whatās going on no communication ! Please do your research come visit the property different
Times talk to the residents you know the thatās actually paying rent and wonāt sugarcoat nothing!!!
**update 2 months later 6/17/24 still no improvement . Everything still the same
6/20/24 update they finally put a lock on my sliding door it was a used lock and they installed it upside down but hey at least it locks . Window still cracked with black tape and itās hurricane season. I let property manager know I will replace window and deduct it from the rent Chris threatened to have me evicted like Tenants donāt have rights!!

The apartments are spacious and completely renovated. Close to the beach and shops. He recommended it. The staff in the office are great.
