Wow! Unfortunately great customer service is rare in today’s World. The standard we all see today unfortunately is bare minimum effort and absolutely no sense of urgency or pride in helping customers. Daniel who is the Lead Teller has been absolutely phenomenal and always goes above and beyond to deliver the absolute best service, if he was a Waiter I’d tip 50%! Thanks Daniel!!

New sign in system was awful!!! Wouldn't work for me and no one was there waiting in line, yet they made me continue with making an online appointment even though I was already waiting and there. Was completely ridiculous and I thought they should have just taken me back....At least I got my new card, but truly, why make everything more difficult, ESPECIALLY when I WAS ALREADY THERE AND NO ONE WAS WAITING!! SMH The lady could have been nicer as well....Hope this gets easier!!!

Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they could not notarize a document. A bank I am a member of could not notarize something. The manager told me to go to the UPS store. Imagine a bank telling you a shipping store is better for officiating a document. Absolutely pathetic.

Every time I come here to make a bank deposite for work they tell me I'm short on change. I recount my cash in front of them, and it correct. But it's like no one who works there can count MONEY. They work at a BANK!!!!

In general, not very satisfied with PNC. When, you call the banks 1800 number, many of the consultants are rude and talk down to you. One consultant will tell you one thing and another will tell you something completely different. They charge you fees for everything, even for their mistakes. They allow any one to go in your account and take money. I am particularly unsatisfied with my local branch, West Palm Beach constantly opening and closing the lobby, allowing certain people the exception to enter the lobby and not other customers, a manager that does not assist customers or acknowledge them at all, only 1 or 2 tellers, rude to customers when they call. Hire more staff and fire staff that clearly do not like their jobs. The tellers are friendly and efficient but management needs to go.

I love PNC Bank. They are very professional efficient ,adequate ,kind and polite and they go over and Beyond to help you in any they can with your banking needs and most importantly , I'm very adamant about Excellent customer service and that they do have I will continue to be a customer of PNC Bank and I will tell my family members and friends also about PNC Bank.

I've been trying to download a app to my phone for over a month now with Nothing happening I've tried telephone and I've now been to the bank three times with No sucess!!! I need a PNC app for my Bank account !!!!

There is a woman who works in this branch who always remembers my name, but I never remember her name. She makes me feel important. I think she's the head teller. A Very beautiful person who is proud of being part of a great bank. Proud yes, but you can tell very happy. And that makes me happy to visit this branch. The happiness is contagious.

Extremely slow customer service. I have never been through the drive through in less than 30 minutes. For the fees that they charge they should have all lanes open not just one and occasionally two. I feel this bank has no respect for their customer’s time. I would recommend you stay away from this bank and use a smaller local bank that actually cares about your time and business or at the very least switch to an online bank.

I walked in at 11:45 and stood at customer service counter. No one even acknowledged me. 1 woman at a desk. 20 minutes later she helped some other woman who just walked in. I opened an account at B of A.

Very slow customer service both inside and out. Usually one teller for inside and one for drive thru. Rarely either teller backs up the other teller when busy. Very little effort in good customer service. Supervisors walk around and never jumps in to help. Shameful
