Absolutely a NIGHTMARE. I may be their record in shortest time with their bank.
I open an account. Easy right?
With the banker, Alexandra Morrison,
After an hour of a struggle to open the online app... My brain is shot and I figure that I will figure the online banking out on my own.
I thought, bank account opened, mission accomplished, right?
By sunset on the day I open the account, I'm receiving multiple emails and multiple phone calls that they need to have a signature on something.
The next day I show up at the branch closest to me.
They can't figure up from down... And they send me back to the branch where I opened the account. That is a roundtrip hour away.
The original branch can't figure out up from down for a few minutes, they assume that I know what I need to sign.
Um... Who memorizes bank contracts?
Then, after maybe half an hour, they figure out that I need to sign a certain document.
One signature.
I'm exhausted. Just get me out of here.
I sign it without reading it, of course.
Maybe the fine print was me agreeing to enjoy how stupid these bankers are.
Then, today I wake up to a phone call and an email... They have seen my driver's license, both locations by now... But they now they need a copy of my driver's license to open the bank account.
If these folks cannot figure out how to open a bank account properly, why the heck would I trust them with a penny more?
The staff dress nice, but maybe the clothing allowance could be spent on educating their staff on the BASICS.
They need to ALL test on

Terrible how every time I have to come and wait on long line you guys need more hire more staff please they can do it by their self their only almost always only two people helping that not enough pnc get yourself together and hired if you guy want to wait and hour just to take out money go to pnc

Terrible teller customer service at this branch.
They let customer wait inline while they converse among each other about their personal business in spanish unknowing to them I speak spanish and their conversation was personal while purposely they let me wait in line.
I got tired of waiting and walked out.

Walked in and a line for one teller. Lovely the teller is very lovely patient yet trying to move the line along by herself. Watched 4 other staff ignore the need to help the teller- lady talking to manager for 7 minutes as line grew and customers growing frustrated. Another just asks what u need as u walk in and points u to a line not moving. The one downtown is so much better!! But lovely is great!

This is one of the worst Bank I ever had. They are rude I am in the process of changing this bank all they want to do is hit you with overdraft fees. The know they cannot charge you for return cheques, so no matter how many time I have asked them not to pay if funds are not there they just ignore your request and pay so they can hit you with overdraft fees. This is the worst Bank to deal with on top of their rudeness

Experience #1: One morning I wanted to cash a check, I waited in my car because I arrived a few minutes before opening. Then some lady came up to my car asking if I worked there. I told her no. She said I needed to leave the parking lot so the employee can go into the building. I left the parking lot & came back less than 5 minutes later. I was embarrassed.
Experience #2: One of the employees was trying to sign me up for a credit card & told her I wasn't interested. She kept asking very personal questions about having kids, marriage, and she asked "how will you ever buy a house?" I was uncomfortable and she even mocked me when I was getting ready to leave. The employee was condescending.

Itās insane to me that I would have to leave a review that is so extraordinarily low for this particular branch seeing as I have done so much business with them, and normally never had an issue.
But a month back I went in to the branch and the young lady named Ivy informed me that the cash advance machine wasnāt working that particular day which I thought was unusual because Iāve never been to that branch before when it wasnāt working but I thought no problem Iāll head to the branch on 441, and the branch on 441 was able to help me that day.
Which brings me to today , I walked in the branch and was politely greeted as always I stood in line and noticed that IVY was behind the counter, and I thought to myself I wonder if there will be an issue with the cash advance machine today as a joke in my own mind, and wouldnāt you know the second step up to the counter,I inform IVY what I needed done and shocker as she looked to the teller beside her the first words out of her mouth to me are āoh Iām not sure if the cash advance machine is working or not sometimes itās brokenā. She did not even take a second to go check the machine before she was already informing me that it MIGHT BE BROKEN. It was truly a pathetic excuse for customer service. But thank god there is an assistant manager āSheannaā there that actually has wonderful customer service skills and was able to resolve my issue without a hitch. So to her and ālovelyā the teller that helped me out today I say thank you! But as for IVY hopefully she can get some customer service training because it is much needed in her case

Worst PNC branch ever. Had a scheduled appointment that I have confirmation numbers for and emails regarding. Went in for my scheduled appointment and apparently someone called out and they couldnāt honor my appointment. Instead of offering any help or ācustomer serviceā they told me I could wait for a long time or schedule an appointment to be seen in a reasonable amount of timeā¦.uuuaaahhhhh THATS WHAT I DID TODAY! Oh and apparently everyone there doesnāt work in customer service because she specifically said āif youād like to speak to customer service I can give you the phone numberā. Are you kidding? No, thank you.
Iāve been a PNC customer for over ten years. I have a personal account and a business account. Next appointment I schedule will be to close my account, Iāll take my money elsewhere. A bank that offers real customer service and honors their appointments.I will never be back to this branch again, and if I had looked at reviews prior to scheduling my appointment, I would have never gone to this branch - itās obvious by their reviews they do more bad then good. Useless - this branch should be closed.

My experience with Seanadeen has been by far the best I have encountered at any other PNC branch. She is customer focused and strives to provide excellent customer service at all times. I love that Seana anticipates our needs and helps us in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. Kudos to you Seanadeen!
