My experience with Seanadeen has been by far the best I have encountered at any other PNC branch. She is customer focused and strives to provide excellent customer service at all times. I love that Seana anticipates our needs and helps us in a quick, friendly and efficient manner. Kudos to you Seanadeen!

Each and every time I go into this location an employee greets me with a “Hello” and “How May I help you?”The level of Customer Service at this location is Above and Beyond.I would personally like to Thank Ms. Loveline for always having a smile on her face, and for consistently assisting me with a “can do” attitude. Your Excellent Customer Service makes it a joy to see you and work with you on my account each time I visit this PNC.To Ms. Vanessa “Thank You” for your assistance with my account recently.And to all the other Agents at this location “You make a difference” bycontinuing to say “Hello” and “How May I help you today?” Each and every time I enter your bank.To the Branch Manager “Kudos” for making this location “My Favorite”Add on 7/2023….Continued Exceptional, Professional, Knowledgeable, Customer service received at this branch location. The WORST branch ever! I have been to other PNCs and this branch has led me to close my account. I have spoken to the Assistant Branch Manager who is awesome, but the branch manager Ruth Marie is terrible and same with the banker Barbara. I had an appointment with her and she went on lunch. She makes everything extremely difficult and I have officially closed my account. I’ve reached out to the DM Mike and nothing. WORST BRANCH/BANK. Chase is the better option.

I have been using this PNC location since permanently moving to West Palm Beach and the staff at this location provides Exceptional Customer Service each and every time I go in there. Thank You to Ms. Loveline for always having a smile on your face, and willing to go Above & Beyond. Thank you to Vanessa for assisting me recently with my account needs. And Thank You to ALL the PNC Employees at this location for Always saying "Hello" to each and every customers that walks in the door. You make banking at PNC a pleasure.

They are not professional in the service. Not understanding for circumstance, not helpful. The customer service do not give you the right instruction. I will close the bank account with PNC and change to Well Fargo. I think Well Fargo is value client more than.

I have the bank with PNC for 15 years and I have never had a good experience with this particular branch there there are only 2 to 3 employees please working they never have a nice attitude it takes 45 minutes or more to be seen. This recent experience I went in to get a replacement card. I waited 40 mins just for someone to even acknowledge me. Unreal. After explaining what I was there for, the employee said (with an attitude) " well you need to check in and I have a lobby full of people ahead of you. I explained to her that I was never told to check in and I've been waiting for over an hour at this point. She told me that I needed to check in and order to be seen . I grabbed my bag and walked out.

We Absolutely love PNC Bank my family and I have been a customer at PNC Bank for 50 years and we wouldn't think about leaving to do a financial business at any other banking Institution. Please continuewith the excellent customer service that is given on each visit.

Took forever, and my account was frozen multiple times because the agent entered data incorrectly. I was never notified and didn't find out until i was getting declined. Also PNC online and phone banking is nightmarish, lagging far behind other banks.

Everything about PNC bank is awful. This specific branch is the worst filled with a staff that could literally not care less about anything work related.

What a horrible experience. I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes and it did not move. Went inside and the 2 tellers were busy counting money and there were 3 or 4 other customers waiting to be served. They did not even turn around to acknowledge us. What a horrible branch no manager around Several of us just walked out. It would be nice if PNC had a number we could call and complain. All the have is an automated system. Been A PNC customer for over 20 years, thinking of switching

When I first walked in and stated that I made an appointment the banker Jennifer De Castro got an attitude saying “oh you’re the one who made an appointment online??” In a snarky attitude then proceeded to tell me I needed to check in and wait to be called because she was still “working” with her 12pm appointment. Then said someone else would help me. Why would appointments be set in 30 min increments I have no idea …No one works in this branch and it is completely unorganized. I will be reporting this branch to corporate executive relations; jennifer was literally doing transactions with a customer in the middle of the lobby. No privacy screen on her computer; NOTHING..No matter how many people are in the branch at a time there is no reason why they should not be behind closed doors with that type of CPNI.****Schelsie the assistant manager was very personable, apologetic and helpful to us. That is the only reason why I am giving two stars****
