If I could give this company 0 stars, I definitely would. We had a terrible experience with this company. They have no management and only a call center to get in contact with. We spent over 10 hours all together on the phone with them. When our pod arrived in Georgia, they said they could not deliver it because the door was messed up because of the way we packed it. However, the door was dented in, meaning that they messed it up. They told us to get a u-haul and move our stuff ourselves. The place was 2 hours away from our home. We drove and got there at 4pm only to find out that they closed at 3pm. There was no one to contact at the facility. So, we had to get another u-haul and hire guys again to go there the next day. We wanted a refund, but the best they said they could do was $100 off. The $100 off was denied three times. And then finally approved the fourth. This is a terrible company, and I have no idea how they are still in business because they have no business practices in place.

Very disappointing experience with PODS
I moved from Florida to Michigan and honestly had a terrible experience with PODS. First, they were extremely unreliable when delivering and picking up the container. When my belongings were on their way to Michigan, I had a GPS tracker inside one of my bags, and it showed me that the container was already parked just 20 minutes from my house. However, every time I called PODS, they lied, saying it was still “on the way,” and even told me that if I wanted it delivered sooner, I had to pay extra even though I already had a signed quote for $2,500.
At the beginning of the contract, they promised my shipment would arrive in 4 to 5 days, but that was completely false it took two full weeks. Every time I called customer service, different representatives gave me different stories, and they constantly tried to increase the price, even though I already had a written agreement.
They also told me they would give me a $500 credit because of the delay, so I could buy a bed and mattress for my children and me while waiting for our things to arrive but they never kept that promise either.
Finally, when the container was delivered, many of my belongings were broken, some were wet, and everything inside looked like it had been handled without any care. The entire load was a mess.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend PODS to anyone. The company was dishonest, disorganized, and careless with my possessions and my time.

The team at PODS was very helpful throughout the process of placing the order and setting up the drop off. They also gave us a great rate that beat all other moving solutions by a mile. The driver, Bill, arrived and was on time and very professional, helping us resolve issues with the drop off location and quickly completing the drop off.

Recently moved from Wisconsin to Florida and used Pods for transport and storage. Probably the best experience with a company, start to finish , I have ever had. Professional and timely from the beginning. In the world of everything online, it was the people I talked with, via phone, and drivers that really stood out.... Helpful, Friendly, Professional, and Competent. Awesome experience.
