It was super easy to organize the drop off and pick up. Our contents were safe the whole time, and completely dry when we unloaded them. The cost I felt was fair at the end of the day.

We all know how difficult, and stressful moving can be. Countless times I had to reschedule my PODS pickup date for various reasons, especially due to having medical issues. PODS was the easiest, most professional company I could have hoped or even prayed for. Rescheduling was as easy as changing the pickup date online no matter how many times it takes. I had 2 large PODS picked up from my home when they were loaded, and both times the gentlemen were happy to assist even with the loading part, because I was struggling with the last few pieces. The drivers were the best part of hiring the PODS company. They both were extremely down to earth, understanding, and happy to help. Thank you so much to both drivers. The driver from the second pickup, Bill, you bailed me out from a major meltdown, and a serious jam. If it were not for your willingness to help me to the great extent that which you did, from the kindness of your heart, I would have had a lot more serious issues to contend with. Thank you so much, and may God Bless You and all you love, for your kindness and compassion to others whom you don’t even know, nor will see again. With drivers like these, it’s no wonder why PODS has the excellent reputation that it has.

EDIT: don’t let their reply fool you, they haven’t fixed it. All they’ve told me is that they may get to me if someone cancelled. They should be embarrassed and ashamed.Never ever use PODS moving and storage. They’ve screwed up the delivery of our second POD 3 times and didn’t notify us, just waited for us to call and ask where it’s at. They also just straight up canceled our order for a second pod twice and refused to give us the discount on the second pod because they “didn’t have an order for it”. I’m furious and terrified we won’t get our things packed in time because they refuse to do their jobs. We should have just forked out the extra 2k for real movers but i thought they would fulfill their contract.

Think twice consumers !!! This company is horrible !! I was quoted one price and they charged my cc almost $1,000 over the agreed price. First pod was delivered and prior to loading was FILLED with water. So much for your claim to fame Pods that your containers do not leak.When you call pods you get shipped to call centers in third world countries with representatives that hardly speak English ! You will be on hold for hours which is the last thing you have time for when you are moving !Anytime you ask to speak to manager they will never connect you to one.Remember once you give your cc pods will just keep charging above your quoted price. I had to shut down 2 credit cards and issue a dispute.Door on pods was impossible to open or close. Customer service is absolutely horrible ! Was promised someone would get back to me and still have not heard a peep. When pod was suppose to be delivered to my final destination pods claims they called me to get final payment . NO missed calls or NO VMI received an email at 5:30 that since they could not get ahold of me now my pod would not be deliveredNIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

It was a disappointing experience working with PODS. Each time I called customer service I received a different explanation on how the process expenses were collected.Once I completed the first month of rentalIrental I had emptied my container at the storage warehouse. The ware house forklift operator stated to me I was all set They would handle the closeout of the service. A week later they charged my account another month It then took 3weeks to get a credit! Asked to speak with a manager or supervisor with no response. I was given a case advocate reach out to me whom never responded to any of my phone or email request. Don't trust them do your do diligence and follow up yourself on everythingmonthmovingand rentalOnc

My husband & I moved 3000 miles from the Northwest to the Southeast. We did not want to drive a truck cross country but the cost of hiring movers was out of our league. We heard about PODS. We called a smaller POD-like company we thought we would use but they just did not seem vested in guiding us. I called PODS and the rep on the phone knew what to ask and guided us well through the process. We had friends help us load and when we realized we needed a bigger POD for our second POD, PODS worked with us and made it happen right away! Our PODS arrived to the local warehouse and we were informed. We did not have to worry about unloading a truck into a storage unit- we knew our stuff was already safe and still in the POD. The closing date on our new home kept changing. So our POD delivery did too. In all honesty, calling PODS was an on hold experience because they are so busy. However, their texting system is fast and easy! Also easy to go online and make the changes when needed. This part of the move was not stressful. I highly recommend PODS for helping you to move.

This people are thieves the charging $1500.00 more than the agreed. The hold you hostage to get your stuff. Never again I advice everybody never to use these people the are not honest companyPlease contact me if you want to discuss I don't want to be on hold for 2 hours again.

EVERYTHING TURNED YELLOW!!!On June 22nd our POD was delivered to our new home after being i storage for over a year. Upon opening it we immediately noticed several items discolored from a cream color to a yellow color.Anything that was a cream , white, or beige had turned yellow… After completely unpacking we estimated a loss of close to $7k (with depreciation)Sectional couch- discolored and yellowCoffee table and end tables - discolored and finish was melted and stuck to other itemsNight stands - discolored and yellowPiano - piano keys discolored and yellowMultiple large area rugs - discolored and yellowDinning room table and chairsbarstoolsOttomanIt was our understanding that PODS are stored inside warehouses in a environment not to exceed 82 degrees and are not exposed to outside elements like UV, heat, wind and rain etc. As it appears several items were discolored , melted to one another this leads us to believe our POD was exposed to extreme heat during the year in PODS procession .After speaking with and filing a claim i was told after a month of no response that i should have read my agreement better and because i didn't purchase their insurance PODS is not responsible.If I knew my items would of turned colors i would have never stored my items with PODS. Never AGAIN

I have been in this facility three times for storage access. The guys that work inside are good people and can converse with you about any subject. I always have corporate call me since they have long waits. My POD is always outside where I put and take my belongings.So far PODS has been a great moving/storage company. I can't wait to have my POD container at my new home so I can have my stuff.

They are by far one of the worst companies I’ve done business with. I had to file a complaint with the state of FL. I’m trying to move my things out to their competitors because they respond when you call or email These people only contact me when I changed my credit card. I’ve been trying for a month to talk to someone about my contents.
