Nina was very nice and informative. She was also honest about the recommendation of a wide size 13 shoe for me to purchase. although they didn’t have it in store as no one does, she did encourage me to order one online:

Worst customer service ever. we got the shoes yesterday, ıt was little bit thight and then we went to the store next day and the manager is super rude and disrespectful. He has a super ego so he did not assist us and changed the shoes!
