“I have been looking for somewhere to get my planner rebinded as the previous binding was too big, and Sabrina was able to make mine look so pretty! I’m so pleased with the work and the drinks we had gotten while there. Everyone working there today was so nice and pleasant! This spot really is a little hidden gem :)”

“If I need something done correctly, I go 25 minutes to go see Val. I used to live very close but moved. The quintessential small business owner. She is always there, knows you by name, and always finds a way. She's been more than patient with me during some projects. The staff are above average, but Val makes the business. The store is clean and organized. The plaza is safe and clean as well. Prices are fair, especially for the level of service provided vs a big brand store that will offer zero assistance.”

“Mr. Erum and DM Postal are great. They shipped an artwork made of glass to the Netherlands. It was very fragile but they wrapped, and handled it very carefully, and the price was good! Thanks!”

“Long overdue. Thank you, Eric. When I needed to part with the great car you sold me as I couldn't ship it overseas, you made yourself absolutely available! So I am glad to let people know this honest dealership (you), from where you can buy or sell your car. Should I come back to FL for extended stay in the future, I know where to go for a quality car! The efficacy and expertise along with straight dealing is matchless and what I value even more is that he can be trusted! Eric is a man of integrity, straight arrow, and easy going. He made things go smooth and easy at the purchase and the same positive experience at my sale. I valued that you were always available and willing to assist/ advise in the course of owning the car. And thank you for the positivity and a ride back to my condo and even stopping by the bank to deposit the check from the car sale. Thank you!”

“The kind gentleman named Kevin made sure that our experience met our expectation and that everything went smoothly. I could not see his name very well, for I didn’t have my glasses on. But he has brown/blinds in dreadlocks that are long and he wears in a low ponytail. He was great help to us.”

“I’m not sure who runs this place, but it’s top notch. Every time I come here the people who work here are genuinely happy to see us even though they are probably inundated with Amazon boxes constantly. They’re always kind and helpful and always feel welcome.”

“the young man working there. @ 516 S. Dixie Hwy./WPB, Fla. 33401/ I was in a rush & he quickly & efficiently helped me without asking questions I am a working artist& my color copy i needed was very important to me- & when he noticed some of the type was cut off from the edge- he asked if he could please do it again for me. He cared @ the quality for me. He cared @ my time. He cared @ my $- because he did not chrg. me for the 1st copy- which was awesome. I will make it a point to go back to this specific ups location rather than another -& rather than Staples etc. *If more people respected their job like him & treated people w kindness & with their respect as well- the 🌍 would be a far far better place for ALL of us to LIVE t”

“I received a new washer and dryer from Home Depot’s delivery service called Ralph’s Transfer. Unbeknownst to me, I left a load of my new work dress clothes in the dryer. The next getting ready for work, I could not locate my new clothing. I remembered I left a load in the dryer and called the delivery lead who brought my order a day earlier. He immediately got in touch with his team and stopped my old dryer from going to the junk yard and located my clothing amongst the many washer and dryers going to the junk yard. Thank you, Yul!His service was also prompt and professional while delivering my new appliances.”

“We are a family that completely appreciates delivery from drivers working with Amazon, FedEx, UPS and any other shipping service. I hope you all understand how incredibly important you are to society and specifically to our family. Today we had Ryan from MDB shipping (a company which partners with FedEx) to drop off some medical supplies for us at the house. This happens all the time that we get deliveries. But what was different? Ryan! He is an absolute column of excellence snd I hope he is recognized as a valuable and professional human resource for his company. They are considered great because he is great! Ryan is likely just doing his job and what he does and perhaps he wouldn’t have known what he’s delivering. But Ryan looked surprised when I came out to tell him thanks for being awesome. A quiet professional! So cool and legit to see a delivery man who obviously cares enough to deliver to peoples front door. We discourage packages coming to us left outside in the heat and elements and that includes that we discourage items delivered into our garage. Thank you for caring about what you do Ryan. Our family greatly thanks you and applaud you! We realize that it’s probably not always possible depending on the delivery location. Here however we have a covered entry where things are more protected and they are more importantly out of the heat in the shade. For any other delivery personnel out there reading this, please allow me to mention just 7 things about what might seem like a simple action of a delivery and why Ryan is awesome! 1.) The man is just friendly. I don’t know him, and I don’t know what kind of day he’s having. What I do know is that he came to our door with a smile and then I caught him just as he was put in the package in a very secure spot. 2.) And that’s a great lead to my number two. The package is slightly heavy, but he’s obviously delivering it with care. He’s not just throwing it down and running. Thank you to his company that allows him the time to be able to do something like that. And thank you to him for caring. 3.) Ryan is very respectful of peoples property. He probably didn’t even realize that he closed back the door and closed back the gate. I’m not saying he had to go and do all of that, but it just talks about him as a different kind of person. That’s decency… we need more of this as far as I can see. 4.) This was a very timely delivery. Again these are medical supplies and we do rely on them. 5.) Careful driving. He’s not speeding around in our neighborhood where kids and pets are always running around I have a sister who does similar work and I know sometimes she’s very pressed for time but thank you again for driving safely. 6.) I said it already but he’s a quiet professional. Probably what seems like regular stuff to him. Seems like a big deal to others. People’s behavior matters. 7.) Above and beyond. All of those following points completely defines what I call above and beyond style column of excellence. Again, I can’t stress how much we appreciate delivered personnel like Ryan. I hope you have a beautiful day, stay safe on the roads and may God bless you.”

“During the shipment my snowboardbag got lost, that had hurt bad but I wasn’t mad on Shipskis, especially since they genuinely took care of the process , refunded my shipment cost and checked me the insurance amount without any struggles. That was really reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another chance but I figured out as long as I can bring my stuff by myself I will.”

“Racquel, Assistant Manager at this FedEx location is above and beyond a superstar! This place is full of customers needing help, and Racquel managed to handle all her customers pleasantly and efficiently! One question for FedEx why is Racquel here all alone with no assistance? When this location is very busy? Please give Racquel a Raise in her pay!!! ASAP!”
