Leaving bad reviews is not something I enjoy doing. However, today while at Progress Pharmacy, an employee there named Brittany R. who has outside personal issues due to jealousy decided to use foul, inappropriate, and down right disgusting words involving me out loud with her coworkers. Zero regard or dignity for being an employee at a Pharmacy or showing professionalism. She is violent, aggressive, and I would highly recommend removing people like that from a medical environment. She threatened physical harm on me inside of this establishment. As a multiple business owner myself, I would be appalled.
**She is now having several people she personally knows leave false positive reviews after mine, which simply further proves the truth; this woman should not be in health care of any sort. It is an endangerment and liability. Frank, I apologize that your business is tended to by someone of this caliber.

THE BEST PHARMACY- always looking for me to save (I pay out of pocket)- customize my experience everytime with exceptional customer service- works on my medication the minute they receive it. Never waited longer than 10 minutes.-Leslie / Liege are my absolute favs! Their personalities are a BURST of sunshine.(They even offered me a doughnut as if I was family- ?)Truly appreciate this pharmacy and the staff!

Sain they won’t take new patients with controlled substance prescription(s). I’m a retired disabled veteran. That’s a kick in the balls and a slap in the face. We need pharmacy policy reform in Florida. The opioid epidemic was not caused by prescription medication. The epidemic was caused by the state's panic and new restrictions on opioids reducing the supply. Demand remained high. Many turned to herion

You have staff who are paying attention to what is being done on each and every order. You are providing the detailed services we would expect from something as important as a pharmacy. The big box pharmacies can't come close to this... My CVS couldn't get me out of the store fast enough and they had no interest in helping a cancer patient who needed a little more detailed assistance.

I had the best experience at the pharmacy today thanks to BRITTANY! She was super helpful and was able to help me with all my questions. I was also impressed how I witnessed her handling a very rude customer that came in after me (definitely a Karen). She handled it so professionally! Definitely impressed with the staff here and all that they do! highly recommend.

Progress pharmacy has such great customer service! The staff is all so friendly and goes above and beyond for their patients! I needed help with something I needed compounded and Brittany so full of knowledge and helped me with everything I needed. Her customer service is beyond on point! I definitely will be coming back to this pharmacy and I know she will always help me with my needs with no problems!

Honestly, I’ve never had such a wonderful experience. I walked in and Brittany was so kind to help me right off the bat. The most knowledgeable and most sincere pharmacist I’ve ever had. It’s been a very long week and she knew exactly what to say to comfort a very distressed customer. I will only be coming back here for her
