We rented a unit at Public Storage, 1301 Mercer Ave, West Palm Beach, FL with the on-site help of Suzan. It was a very positive experience as Suzan was very professional, polite and helpful in answering all our questions, showing us a unit when we asked to see one and informing us and applying a current Public Storage deal. Thanks to Suzan’s helpful information we made the decision to rent at Public Storage on Mercer. Should also note that the facility is climate controlled, our unit and the facility were clean and appeared well kept. We are hopeful that our belongings will be safe.
